Probably her new bangs, they're pretty meh to me but it's probably for her webdrama with Jonghun because her character in the webtoon has the short-hair/bangs hairstyle.

Seolhyun's more acknowledged for her body than face really, I mean people do compliment her face often too but her body is the main driving force in her popularity.
Seolhyun was probably chosen as face because she meets that classic (ie. "basic" like some people like to call it) look Korea has a thing for and is common in girl group faces, and FNC really stuck to the girl group textbook when forming AOA (the dance unit at least) so she was the safest choice I guess.

Hyejeong's the official visual so in a way FNC acknowledges her as a member just as pretty if not more pretty than Seolhyun? A lot of people prefer Hyejeong's looks so you're not alone. (I don't have a preference for either tbh, they're kinda the same to me, equally pretty but not very distinctive).

I actually loved her hair long and dyed like Moya -> Miniskirt but yeah she was really stunning to me during Get Out with her long hair. Will never forgive FNC for cutting her hair, it's grown on me now but she looked so bad during Short Hair D:
