Netizens have discovered images of Apink’s Chorong and Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon before the two idols underwent plastic surgery for their noses.

Pictures of Chorong and Taeyeon before and after their alleged plastic surgeries have been circulating online as netizens compare the shapes of their faces.
Many netizens feel that the two girls look cuter and prettier before their surgeries and that they over-did their nose jobs, causing their noses to look too pointy now.

I for one am shocked .
Like c'mon, most kpop idols have had work done.I doubt any of my faves are all natural (Maybe Dongwoo but I wouldn't put money on it).
I do wish they'd leave their noses alone, so many of them had such cute noses pre-surgery, not everyone needs to have a pointy one. See Ren's swordfish special

taeyeon used to have a roundish, cute face but now it's pretty sharp and i think she might have widen her eyes a bit
her changes are pretty subtle though and stretched through a longg period of time, you don't really notice unless you look way back and compare that to now

it's kind of inevitable getting surgeries done as an idol though

Like you can't pin point what/when she did exactly, but when you compare her like 2008 and current face you see it and it's not all maturing for sure. But I have to admitt that this way of subtle changes over the years sounds kinda good for your image bc you don't become representative for nose job or whatever - like people will sometimes get agressive on you (like here) but it won't be like comments about the "issue" under every article about you.

While it's very obvious that idols have had plastic surgery, aging/maturing also has a lot to do with it, especially since we first see them when they're baby faced teenagers. Unless it's something obvious like jaw shaving or cheek fillers, a good 5 years or so does a lot to a person's face.

taeyeon's nose looks nice and matchers her face and so does chorongs, they arent too obvious but you can tell they did something if you compare old pics and only nose jobs that look horrible imo are naeuns and sooyoungs, they cut off too much from the tip and now their noses resemble solbi's nose

obviously if anybody wants plastic surgery go for it because it's your own face and you can do whatever the hell you want with it
an unfortunate repercussion though is that i do think the constant plastic surgeries of idols are promoting even more unrealistic beauty standards in korea, if anything more so since the surgeries are looking more "natural" so people may think idols can look that way without the help of surgery (not to mention the countless hours of hair, make up, wardrobe, etc)
