SHINee’s Minho opened up on why it would be a while until he showed his abs as a first place ceremony.

On the episode of KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” aired on May 29, SHINee was already a first place candidate, though they just made a comeback.

MC Park Bo Geom asks, “SHINee is one of this week’s first place candidates. Previously, you said that you’d show your abs if you got first place, so do we have something to look forward to today?”

In response, Minho gives a witty response, saying, “Though we did make the promise, you have to tell us two months in advance so we can prepare ourselves.”

Taemin adds, “If we get first place, we will show our gratitude to the staff and our fans by bowing to them.”

The group was true to their word, bowing to the audience in front of them when their name was called out as first place.
