The transition to her grandma's death was kind of weird? But Jinyoung is SUCH A GREAT CRIER ughhhhhh I love his acting and I think he has a ton of potential. I hope he get lots more roles after this.

Is he going to be in more scenes or is that it for the teen years?

I am so proud of Jinyoung (haha he changed his name to Junior, rather than having it Jr.) I really hope this drama leads to more roles in the future because he has a lot of potential! He is so good. For me, the scene where he opens the box with Eundong's shoes inside BROKE MY HEART OMG HIS FACE

when I read about the scripwriter wanted to get handsome boy for young Joo Jinmoo I can understand why Junior was chosen...but Baek Seunghyun? I don't see any trait of him that resembles JJM...so it's kinda weird.
(I wonder if Jinyoung will ever aging like JJM)

So that's it? Junior won't show up again in the next episodes with the time jump?

The age gap is very uncommon hence, the weirdness. (Except now that I think about it 13-17 isn't too bad) But when they're older, it's not that weird anymore. The girl is absolutely adorable and Jr have such a baby face too so they look super adorable together although not entirely in a romantic way. IDK I'm gonna miss this pair!

Side note, weren't the pair of shoes he gave her, low cut converse? But she returned him a pair of high cuts? Or were they a new pair for him? Coz that would be cute too :D I wonder what happened that made her avoid him when they're adults.

Apparently the PD initially did not want Jinyoung for the role because he thought his audition was lacking (he was pretty harsh with his words, too), but the scriptwriter rooted for him until the end, and he ended up getting it after another audition. Now the production team is kind of regretful that he can't do more scenes because of Got7's packed schedule.

Get that love, Jinyoungie!
