EXO’s Lay hospitalized for chronic waist injury

It has been reported that EXO’s Lay had to receive treatment on the morning of May 19th after aggravating a previous waist injury.

Originally, Lay was scheduled to meet 150 fans at the Idol’s Hug event, streamed online in real time, on May 19th at 1pm local time. However, due to his waist injury, he had to seek immediate treatment just hours before the scheduled start time.

Despite the urgent situation, Lay did not want to disappoint the fans who traveled to attend the event, as well as those who were waiting to watch the event live. In the end, the scheduled time was only moved back by an hour as Lay attended the event despite being bothered by his waist injury.

Earlier this month, Lay also had to seek treatment after injuring his neck while filming a variety show in Mainland China.

he is gone, his father made it clear that tao agreed to terminate in his sina interview, and has since removed all labels of EXO on his ig. What's really up in the air right now is if a lawsuit is going to be filed, but considering how it's very likely that krishan and SM are gonna settle out of court, and how rich tao's fam is, it's likely that he's going to try and buy out the contract.

lay has been working a lot more in china from what i've seen, the last time he worked with EXO as a part of the group was the japanese fanmeetings iirc? lol

IDK if i can blame SM anymore (ok, maybe i definitely still can) since he said all his chinese activities are handled by his studio. although, whether sm people are in it or not idk about that. he's still followed around by that female manager tho, so i guess everything is still sm's fault.

but don't worry, i think he's taking lots of jobs lately to collect money to sue sm soon :)

poor bb shouldn't have made the promise saying that he wouldn't leave exo... and also along with this waist injury, he also hurt his neck (area?) while filming a variety show in china (not sure if it was RM or some other one - he's been doing a lot of work in china lately and i haven't been keeping up specifically with the activities).

i really hope that yixing's able to get rid of the mentality that he still has to go and perform or attend events when he has an injury because he doesn't want to disappoint or let down people - his health comes first. it does him no good that sm hasn't done anything to stop that mentality from growing.

He, Tao and Kai have been injured since debut, Kai has been hospitalized for his back injury too.Yixing needs to learn that it's okay to rest rather than suffer to please fans. But let's not act like SM doesn't have a hand in this lol, his injuries have been occuring for years now.
