A lighthearted, fluffy, warm yet adult record - I love it! I'm personally big on electro bangers (I worship the Hurricane Venus album), so seeing nods to that in the form of Shattered and Clockwork is really nice. Her vocals seem extra nasally though, I'm not a fan of that.

shattered is my ENTIRE LIFE ugh i need it on repeat forever. green light is probably my second fave. all in all a nice, solid album. i like every single track.

Green Light is legit probably my jam of the album. I love it so much. I LIKE Blah, but I'm not sure how I feel about the fact that she says 'blah' so much... like that part is just a bit weird to me.

I've now listened to the entire album twice, starting my third listen, intend on getting through one more before I start watching TV shows and listening to the album all day tomorrow while I'm at work (literally, I will listen to the entire album all day tomorrow at work, not even joking... when BoA puts out a new album it gets my FULL attention), and I am SUCH A PROUD STAN. Like, my beloved did it... she wrote an entire album, she composed an entire album... that's such a rarity, especially amongst SM artists, it almost brings a tear to my eye. And I'm thankful that Kiss My Lips feels like an actual album, instead of a mini-album like Only One felt like (let's be real, it was...).

That being said, I still like Hurricane Venus more as an album (so many ballads!!!!!), and Only One the song remains the single greatest thing she's ever done for me.

Even so, my love for BoA remains eternal.

I NEEDED THIS ALBUM LIKE YESTERDAY AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I had to come back from teaching to be able to fully listen and appreciate this as a reward to myself I CANNOT ALL THE SONGS ALSJLDKJALKSJDLKjd I knew Smash was gonna be my fave but I did not expect to jam wholeheartedly to everything else even the ballads. Smash, Shattered, Green Light, Clockwork, Hello, Fox, and Home are all standing equally while Love and Hate and Blah are just racing close behind. Lmao I love this album sfm
