1. First clarification is the case where Eunjung supposedly 'force fed' Hwayoung rice cakes on a Japanese TV show. Caps break down what happened on the show and clarify that the group was divided into two teams: Hwayoung, Hyomin, and Qri on one and Soyeon, Jiyeon, and Eunjung on the other.
With snacks on the line, the two teams battled for victory through Wii games and Hwayoung, Hyomin, and Qri's team won in the end. Eunjung, who received the lowest points on her team, was given a penalty for her score where she had to hand feed the snacks to the winning team (this penalty was chosen out of a box of random penalties written on pieces of paper).
When she is feeding Hwayoung the rice cake, you can see the MC in the back smiling along with the girls, which shows that the atmosphere on the set was friendly and not at all a bullying atmosphere like people assumed. Japanese netizens who are more aware of the nature of their own variety shows agreed that the girls didn't look like they were bullying her at all.
At the end of the broadcast, Hwayoung is seen smiling with the rest of the girls.
There are also other caps where Hyomin has Jiyeon in a playful headlock with Hwayoung holding down Jiyeon's hands and face but nobody started rumors of Jiyeon being bullied because it was obviously seen as a playful joke on broadcast.
Then there were also caps where Hwayoung was seen sitting away from the other T-ara members and just talking to Sungjong but in reality, she was actually sitting with Qri and Eunjung while Jiyeon was playing her match.
The umbrella fancam where it was made to seem like Boram was wrecking Hwayoung's umbrella and Key and L were side-eyeing her.
In reality, the fancam showed Boram putting an umbrella over Hwayoung's head despite Hwayoung being taller than her.
1. [+92, -12] Instead of seeing only what you want to see, it's important to know what really happened. It's so wrong to immediately fault T-ara for everything without knowing what went down. I'm not a T-ara fan myself and actually like male idols but it's so unfair how T-ara gets all the blame.

But the problem was, they were so overworked by their company, most of time they were injuried, too tired to perform, and they didn't sleep at all.
They didn't have a break for 3 years straight, and when they did, it was like seven days long and they still worked (did a photoshoot if I'm not wrong)
I remember there was some idols groups that also half assed their performances and didn't perform that well, but they were loved by omonians, and they would always defend the members and blame their company for overworking said group.
But when it was about T-ara the group/members were always hated instead of their company...

Also in the last post a lot of people were talking about how Hwayoung not putting up with put with bad work conditions and taking a deserved break doesn't mean T-ARA can call her out on "determination" which was wrong and they apologised for it right fully but I think the entire thing stemmed from jealousy because the other girls never got breaks, like Jiyeon (according to all the examples of her injuries) could never be able to say that she doesn't want to work because she needs to rest get rest and get away because they knew their position in the group was on the line and seeing how as this new member easily gets a holiday probably really just made them envious and considering how overworked they were they probably couldn't even control their mental state..
Basically the entire situation was messy. toxic af and CEO being a big ass douche and blackmailing them that he would kick them out if they didn't work hard when they were already overworked probably fucked with their mind even more..
And all this proof from varieties were clearly a reach and I bet they were just made up by trolls who were bandwagoning the entire situation at that time..
