Of the episodes in the 230s, I really only liked the one with Shinhwa.

I mean, don't get me wrong, every episode has moments of brilliance, but they have long stretches between those moments.

I think Joong Ki definitely met her before since they are bff. There are even pictures of Kwang Soo having dinner with Joong Ki's family on one of the rare days off he has from the army lol.
Then maybe Jo In Sung because they're also very close.
I think Jong Kook is the one he sees the most outside of the show so maybe. Though I think he didn't even know Kwang Soo's dad when he guested.
The others probably don't though.

I'm always fascinated by that contrast at Korean weddings between the super formal bride/groom attire and then the guests who are in casual wear, like blue jeans and caps, looking like they just walked in off the street.

Jeans to a wedding? GTFO. I will never understand how Korea can be such a proper and fashion conscious country and still have people think jeans to a wedding are ok. It looks like a formal wedding too. Outdoor/beach wedding fine whatever. A fancy wedding is different, you're not showing as a surprise celebrity. You're showing up as a GUEST. /rant

Lol I'm asian and Korea is ten times more fashion conscious than my country. This would be unacceptable at any wedding I would got to, here or in my home country. I'm not sure it's a culture thing but more so personal preference? So long as the bride is ok with it whatever.

I actually want to hear the opinion of someone whose actually korean though. Are you? No offense to you if you're not I'm just genuinely curious as to what the norm is over there. Do korean people still side eye jeans at a wedding? I'm guessing since these are high profile people it's not a big deal?

It seems weird/odd to me that friends who may/may not know siblings would show up to a wedding...however, I haven't attended/been invited to many weddings. So maybe it's just me. *shrug*

Ah yes, that was me! Right after I contacted you tho (and wrote an entire entry that was eaten by LJ >.0 ) work went crazy and I haven't been able to rewrite another one yet. (BOO) Thankfully the big project ended last week so hopefully I can post some sort of weekly episode thing. I have enjoyed the episodes (Shinwha's being a fantastic one of course...) there were a few that were a little more bland but they were still entertaining IMO.
