Lee Min Ho is headed to China! The Gangnam Blues star was seen at the airport today en route to his next scheduled appearance overseas. The paparazzi swarmed him with flashing cameras trying to get a glimpse of the latest actor blissfully in love. This was the very first time the public has seen the handsome actor since news about his relationship with the Dream High actress Suzy Bae was confirmed.

Me too. I'm no fan of him but guy is still plenty hot. He got older and didn't look good at that time that he was bloated, and it was like in october of last year, but people just won't get over it. They always have to laugh at his face about it but how dare people say a word about unnir plastic surgery? Hypocrisy tbh. It would better if, you know, people respected each other.

Hmm.. I honestly don't think he looks /that/ different. But he was never super attractive to me either.

I think he tends to put on weight and some of that goes to his face when he's not doing any acting projects.
I used to intern at a TV trailer/promo department and my colleague said when she saw him IRL at a press conference (way way back during BOF era or was it Personal Taste?) he looked really different from the drama footage... like there is considerable weight gain. And that was many years ago, so I think that's just him.
