Belated Birthday/Appreciation Post for Kpops Elusive Spring Songstress, Park Bom

Three days ago spring goddess, true elusive chanteuse, and cartel queen™ Park Bom turned 32 in South Korea and and 31 internationally. I want to dedicate this post to our precious main vocalist who has been mia due to the scandal. I know she's going through a tough time right now but I hope she pulls through. Unfortunately she hasn't been seen but she has been liking a lot of stuff on instagram and has been using that as a way to subtly communicate to the fans that she acknowledges and appreciates their love and support. In all honesty I'm not sure if this hiatus is only temporary or if it's forever, but I hope whatever Bom decides to do brings her happiness and as a Blackjack and BOMshell, I will always support ha<3

I honestly feel like all the women and girls in YG's company should leave. He's a sexist jerk that only cares about the males under his company. I hope he nevet debuts his supposed girl group because they'll be treated like an after thought and will spend most of their career in the dungeon.

It's true he cares a lot more about the males in the company and it's frustrating for us fans because 2ne1/Lee Hi>>>>>>. but the girls are doing better than 95% of the girl groups overall by doing 50%(more like 70% lol) less of the work than the competition. That being said, I will never understand why YG never pushed Bom to have an actual solo career and release an album, considering her incredible digital power.
At least things are now unfolding for CL and Dara, and Minzy is working on her future solo career!

Being from YG is definitely a head start but if career longevity is what you're looking for, as a female, then good luck. Bom was originally a solo artist. She was going to debut with Scarecrow which was originally written for her by JYP but given to Lee Hi instead, who filled the spot that was originally intended for Bom. If I recall correctly, I'm not sure if this is entirely true, the rumor is that knetz were bashing her(what's new) after she collaborated with Big Bang and the hate was too much for her to deal with so she backed out of being a solo artist last minute and instead trained to be in a group. She supposedly had to get alot of therapy and "reconditioning" :/ I think this is where her extensive plastic surgery stems from since alot of knetz were calling her ugly. I honestly don't understand knetz relationship with her tbh.

Working with BB before debut is like a curse. Same happened to Jennie Kim and just because she was GD's girl in a mv.
I knew about Scarecrow but I didn't know it was supposed to be Bom's debut song. I think it's just the bitter minority who don't understand her popularity despite her not having the best vocal technique. I mean, Bom's voice is unconventional and there are "better" vocalists in terms of technique, yet she manages to make anything an instant hit.

one of her fan clubs had contacted yg to ask when it would be good to bring over the birthday presents and they sent back a message saying that they were declining any presents. don't know if that decision came from bom herself or yg (but let's blame yg, okay, it makes me feel better. i don't want to think that bom thinks she doesn't deserve any birthday presents).

They're going to save the gifts to give them to her in the future. The sad part is that theBOM planned a month in advance with YG staff but then they told them last minute, after the purchases have been mad and the funds gathered, that they wont be accepting gifts. Even though it is messed up, it's mostly to protect Bom so I kind of understand. Unfortunately Knetz hate her so I can see why YG would want to limit the attention she gets.

happy bday my princess. i hope u are happy. i always found bom's voice very pleasing to listen to- even if she's not the best as a singer technique-wise, her voice just has that certain quality that makes it joyful to hear. hope we'll hear her sing again this year.
