Cheetah returning with new album in May

Cheetah is already making preparations for her comeback this May with a new album!

Her abilities as a rapper has been recognized during her appearance on Mnet‘s Unpretty Rapstar, and with her rising popularity, plans for a new album are underway.

A music industry official revealed to My Daily on March 20th, “This May, Cheetah is looking to make a comeback and is preparing a new album.”

Cheetah made her official debut in June 2010 with the EP Cheetah Itself, and after nearly five years since its release, she will be returning to the music scene with a new album. Most recently, the charismatic female rapper released her autobiographical track “Coma 07″ for the Unpretty Rapstar semi-final compilation album, receiving high praise and positive reactions from listeners.

On the most recent broadcast of the show, Cheetah confessed she had been in a big traffic accident when she was 17 years old, putting her in a temporary coma. Take a listen to the track below:
