'I Am a Singer' in a crisis, how about suggesting JYJ Kim Junsu

These people in charge of these TV companies have got to stop handing SM their balls because that's basically what they got. Take ya' balls back and run the networks the way that they should. So what if SM throws a tantrum. They shouldn't, besides put Junsu on when you don't have any plans to put an SM artist on.

Even still there are so many people in the industry that TV stations wouldn't be really hit if they used other people instead. And while popular none of them truly is a certain ratings bringer - the succes of the shows still depends on the format and the script of the show.

You could think of it as opportunity cost for the PDs from TV stations. If SM retrieves all their acts from a station, for them it's a bigger loss than not having JYJ on their shows.

The TV stations would indeed hold the power if they all agreed to let JYJ on their shows, then SM would have no other option but swallow their complaints and keep silent. However, there are so many underhand practices taking place in the industry, bribery of all sorts, that this has little chances of happening.

also that artictle is an obvious mediaplay for i am a singer 3, that show lost their audience to immortal song 2 and people like queen sohyang jumped ship too.

SM has got power over the Entertainment branch of the industry in Korea not the Drama branch. They are trying to gain more power through SM C&C, but haven't been able to do much tbh.

Ofc ti's media play, and yet CJeS is in talks with them right now. I hope they don't screw Junsu over like KBS did.

Variety and music shows rely on idols for their format usually so there has been time to establish a connection between SM and the producers. Dramas however until recently did not use many idols.

At this point I don't think JYJ are going to be able to appear on music shows/variety in Korea unless SM goes bankrupt or something which I don't see happening any time soon.
