Iron and AOA's Jimin to release a duet

AOA member and Unpretty Rapstar contestant Jimin will be partnering up with rapper IRON for an upcoming track.

In the upcoming episode of Mnet‘s Unpretty Rapstar on March 19th, BrandNew Music’s representative hip-hop producer Rhymer will be making an appearance and introduce to the contestants the semi-final track.

For her appearance on the show, Jimin has received a lot of rave reviews from various producers for her unique rap tone and innovative raps. IRON is a well-known rapper who came into the view of the public after achieving second place and as the runner up of Show Me The Money 3. He is also set to make his official debut soon after having featured in various hit tracks.

Unpretty Rapstar is the female spin-off of Show Me The Money, and features eight female contestants who battle against one another in order to win a track from the show’s compilation album. The show invites well-known producers in the hip-hop genre, who presents their track to the contestants. Female rappers who have appeared include Jimin, Lucky J’s Jessi, Lil Cham, Cheetah, Jolly V, Yuk Ji Dam, Tymee, Miss $ Jace, and Kissum.

The show airs every Thursday at 11PM KST and the featured track released an hour later at noon KST.
