she got half her face done as well though, simply shaping your eyebrows doesn't make a drastic change unless they were really unique looking to begin with.
i really like brow mascaras. i have enough hair on my eyebrows its just crazy light so i just like to darken them a little. ive tried powder and pencils and brow mascaras look the best on me, imo.
i do any matte powder with a angled brush for my brows. if i feel like i wanna go darker, then i add brow mascara stuff on top of that. i've never be able to do pencils, i dunno why.
Well, there's this method (that I can't remember what it's called) that uses like strings or rubber bands or something to take them all out at the same time evenly and cleanly. You do have to go to a salon to get it done, but I'm told it's cheap.
I'll look it up for you.
. Right, so it's called eyebrow threading. I haven't done it before and I just pluck them out although it takes a litlle while. My friend has tried this and waxing though; she says it hurts a little bit, but you get used to it pretty fast.
You can also do it at home, but for the first times, I htink it would be better to go to a salon and get an experienced person to do it so you don't fuck up.

ooh, yeah. i've heard of it! i'll just have to stick to plucking; i live in such a small place, i don't even think anyone does that stuff out here, lol.
I might just try it. Plucking eyebrows gets a tad tedious. I just kinda dread the pain, lol. Funny how that works, I get tattoos but I hate waxing, plucking and or injections or minor stuff like that.
It kind of stings the first time but you really do get used to it after that. Its just way less work than plucking and I think it hurts less because it goes by faster. Plus, you can tell them to shape your eyebrows a certain way...i.e. if you want your eyebrows to be more round or arched or whatever. It last a while for me too. I can go a whole month without getting them threaded but that might just be me LOL
In my experience it was kind of the same level of pain - maybe most like getting them plucked professionally? - but it is pretty dang quick so it's not too bad.
Also your brows look ridiculously clean afterwards and it lasts ages.
everyone in snsd has strange eyebrows lol they look too done sometimes. by everyone i mean mostly tiffany, taeyeon, hyoyeon, jessica, and sometimes seohyun.
i really wish i was better at filling in my eyebrows though. i have really dark eyebrows but they're not that thick so i always feel like i look too severe when i fill them in, but i still do it bc i feel like my face looks more put together that way.
There are brow tint gels that can be used to lighten them so they look less intense! I have a friend with crazy dark brows but needs to fill them because they're patchy, and she does this :) I don't have experience with it myself but it might be something to look into!
i've heard of those! There is so much fancy eyebrow stuff and whenever i look at it all, i get so overwhelmed lol I'll definitely look up reviews on eyebrow gels. Thank you :)
I've always found how Seohyun's eyebrows naturally grow interesting lol. They start off curved and then go into this "angry bird" angle until rounding and they're also kinda thick. She looks good with straight eyebrows but she probably has to maintain them a lot to keep the look.
I have the same problem, really dark eyebrows but not thick and patchy as fuck, you should definitely try anastasia's brow wiz. I know Anastasia Beverly Hills is so over hyped but the eyebrow wiz is amazing, so easy to use and gives a really natural finish.
I accidentally shaved like a quarter of my brows last night while I was trying to groom them 8( Now I have to be particular about grooming/drawing my eyebrows perfectly before I go out.
I almost never have to pluck my eyebrows because they're naturally thin (but not too thin) and arched, so I feel lucky about that. Also they're pretty light.
I think Hyo's eyebrows really suit her face. I do miss her old brows though. I think they had character. But if she's happy with the way she looks right now then that's great. Also, as sad as that sounds, her new face really helped her career. She has a much softer look now.
Changing her brows certainly softened her face & made her face look more gentle.
My brows grow so fast, & they're dark, so I pm have to keep an eye on them (... ha ha ha) all the time lest wild new growth pop up.
My hair is currently a hot dark pink/magenta, & I was wondering if anyone had any experience in dyeing their brows? I'm not sure if I like the dark brows w/ the dark pink hair lol
more people should try threading their brows. not themselves, but going on a threading salon and getting it done. yep it hurts but damn ur brows look flawless. it just helps w eyebrows that grow fast, and helps shaping ur brows even if u lack good brows to begin with. just go for it, try it.
I got them thread for the first time this year and my life has completely change lol. Too bad I have to drive all the way to Tucson to get them done because where I currently live its not a thing yet :(((
ive been going to the same lady since 2012 and i only dared to try another lady once, idt i would ever try another lady even if she was too far away to begin with. hopefully more places will do threading in the future and you can pick and choose! !
I really like MUFE aqua brow tint (And make up revolution aqua brow tint too), when I want to get my eyebrows a little more 'done' I use it, but for everyday I use Anastasia's brow wiz. It's really easy to use and gives a really natural and polished finish, great for beginners imo.
My approach to eyebrows changed dramatically the last few years, I didn't care much about them but the great thing about eyebrows is that just having them done properly gives you a polished look even without makeup.
