Jessica, who parted ways with girl group Girls’ Generation in September of last year and has since been working hard as the creative director of her fashion brand BLANC & ECLARE, sat down for an interview with Woman Sense magazine for their March edition.

She says, “I am surprised because [BLANC & ECLARE] has received love over and above my expectations. I am also surprised at just how quickly it grew. Currently, I am traveling and preparing BLANC & ECLARE’s new collection. I am the type to receive a lot of inspiration for designs while traveling. Just vacationing is never the goal. (Laughs) With frequent business trips and meetings, I am living so busily that the day passes without me knowing where it went.”

She continues, “I miss my fans often because they are like family to me. I have gone through a lot with my fans, and [our bond] has grown firmer for it. Whenever I miss my fans, an opportunity to meet them arises,” sharing her hope to see her fans soon.

When asked about taking the stage again, Jessica answers,“The stage? More than missing [the stage], I get excited [thinking about it] because going forward, there will be many chances for me to stand on the stage.”

Released on February 27th through Cosmopolitan Hong Kong‘s official Facebook, a video featured a Q&A session with Jessica, while she was in Hong Kong to attend the Lane Crawford X YSL Beauté Google Glass Makeup Event.

Jessica expressed her thoughts on working with cosmetic brand YSL (Yves Saint Laurent) Beauté and also shared secrets on how she maintains her complexion.

The highlight of the interview was Jessica’s response on the question regarding personal development, where she was asked if there are new projects coming up or new breakthrough items she would like to try out.

Jessica expressed, “I am looking over scripts for films and dramas. I am also spending my time in both the recording studio as well as the design studio.”

While she has been busy with an upcoming new S/S 2015 collection for her own sunglasses brand BLANC & ECLARE, Jessica showed that she has not given up her career on being a singer as she was recently in a recording studio in New York City, creating suspicions that she might be making her solo debut in Japan soon.

Looks like Jessica has been keeping busy! Are you looking forward to seeing her back on stage?

Tbqh I feel like she is biting off way, way more than she can chew. It will be interesting to see what happens in the coming weeks/months. Has she done any sort of acting at all, bc I'm surprised she's receiving scripts for movies & dramas... No shade intended, just curious.

she did, besides the Legaly Blond musical she also did the drama Wild Romance, I think she just did 8 episodes or something like that.
