Kang Ha Neul Denies Rumor of Being in a Relationship with Cheetah

Kang Ha Neul has addressed rumors that he is romantically involved with female rapper Cheetah.

In a recent interview, the “Empire of Lust” actor discussed a variety of topics, including the rumor of him being in a relationship with Cheetah. “It’s not always the case, but having your every move analyzed can honestly be a big cause of stress,” he said.

In particular, Kang Ha Neul discussed fan speculation that he was dating Cheetah after seeing her appear frequently on his Instagram. “She’s just a good friend. I feel so sorry to her for what happened,” he said. “I would have to be an idiot to announce my girlfriend on Instagram for everyone to see. She was in a relationship at the time but broke up because of me. I still can’t contact her because of that,” he admitted. He also added, “I want to express everything I feel openly, but there are things that I am forced to hide. I am doing all I can to maintain control over those things.”

Meanwhile, Kang Ha Neul plays the part of Jin, the pleasure-seeking son-in-law of the king of Joseon, in the upcoming film “Empire of Lust.” The film will premiere March 5.

no no no no this is completely wrong.
so back in december he uploaded this picture on instagram

(this is when cheetah the rapper wasn't even known)

and his caption was something like thank you cheetah for helping me make this photo
and cheetah was a nickname of his personal friend from school or something - who's not a celebrity. but people thought she was his girlfriend and basically spammed the comment section with the usual "keep your dating lives private" etc bullshit, to a point he clarified how it wasn't true and then deleting the status all together and wrote some "let's be happy everybody" stuff.

last week he did some interview clarifying some issues (including how he re-gifted wine that he got from a fan... which was just dumb) and he brought this issue up, how he's really sorry that the entire ordeal happened because his friend was dating some other guy at the time and because of that picture she got dumped and haneul's been too sorry to contact her since.

tl; dr: not that cheetah, it's some random person, the rapper cheetah and kang ha neul have never met each other.

oh but this incident's not the reason he made it private though, i think. like i said above he got into a bit of trouble with re-gifting fan's gift and it was all over web last week, and people went through his twitter and instagram for more stuff to talk shit about.
