For some reason all JYJ teasers are always on point. They really make you curious about what's gonna come without spoiling it too much. I have a feeling Junsu's album is gonna slay all over and I'm SO excited!

I didn't think I was expecting anything in particular from Junsu but I definitely hadn't anticipated this! I still don't even know what to make of it. Not in a bad way...I'm left still a little O.O but that little snippet of his voice is already giving me tingles

My prediction was getting something more raw, masculine, or aggressive out of Junsu. We've never really seen that before and CJeS seemed to be implying something of that nature. The teaser images further confirmed it would be something dark and creepy. I figured it might be more like Jaejoong's Mine than Tarantallegra. Instead of being sexy eerie as inspired by Elisabeth, it would be grotesque eerie like Dracula.

From the teaser, that appears to be the case. It's really fun to follow the things he is inspired by and how they manifest in his new image. He was working on/preparing Dracula and visited LA around Halloween and did the big haunted house stuff at Universal Studios. Cracking up while surrounded by zombies. Lots of playfulness on Twitter with the actor who played Renfield in Dracula... an insane character that eats bugs and spiders and is Dracula's servant.

Maybe it seems really out of left field for Junsu, but there's actually some trajectory through his recent interests.
I wonder if a transformation will occur in the video, blossoming from grotesque into something beautiful, or just go 100% creepy.

I'm crazy excited either way.
