Shinhwa Members Don′t Dance as Hard as Before Because They′re Afraid of Dying

On February 22, Shin Hye Sung shared his worries about dancing on MBC′s Section TV. The Shinhwa members shared, "When we were young, we used to dance fiercely, but now, the choreography point is to deliver feeling."

Kim Dong Wan said, "We could still do the kicking dance, but we′re just holding onto it. Right now, we′re controlling ourselves."

"Back then, when we danced those kinds of moves, we worried about injuries, but now, I′m afraid that if I do those moves, I′ll die," said Shin Hye Sung.


Lee Min Woo hilariously added, "We can′t have a member dying because he did a flip in the air."



Shinhwa Shares Why They Can′t Do a Nude Photo Book Anymore

When asked if the members would release another ′Shinhwa nude photo book′ again, Kim Dong Wan answered, "Back then, people in Southeast Asia didn′t know who we were, so we ran around naked. But now, if we go to Southeast Asia to take the pictures again, I feel like fans will follow us around and take pictures of our frontal areas."


Known as the rebels of the music industry, the Shinhwa members were asked if they′ve fought recently. The members answered, "We shared so many of our fighting stories that it′s kind of boring now. We didn′t have any recently, so we′ll work hard to make something happen."



Shinhwa Wants to Collaborate with SNSD on a Trot Song

When asked which junior girl group they would like to collaborate with, Lee Min Woo answered, "We think we′ll match well with SNSD, whom we′re close to."

As a follow-up question, reporter Park Seul Gi asked what genre of music they′re interested in for the collaboration, and Jun Jin replied, "Trot," making everyone burst out laughing.


The members also shared their hopes of winning number one on the music programs of all three major broadcast stations. Shinhwa will release its 12th album We on February 26.



Shinhwa’s Eric Wants to Be the First Member of the Group to Get Married

Eric of Shinhwa recently revealed that he wants to be the first member of his group to tie the knot.

On the February 22 broadcast of MBC’s “Section TV,” all six of the members of Shinhwa sat down for an interview with the weekly entertainment news program ahead of their upcoming return to the music stage.

During the interview, the reporter brought up the topic of marriage. On this subject, Eric shared, “I wonder if we will ever end up being able to marry because we promote every year. Out of the members, I would like to be the very first to get married.”


The Shinhwa member continued, “One thing for certain is that I hope there are no members getting married this year since we worked so hard on our 12th album,” causing laughter.



Shinhwa Reveals They Could’ve Broken Up during Their Four-Year Hiatus

On the upcoming episode of the talk show “Healing Camp,” the members of the group appeared as guests, talking about their group’s long history.

The group’s leader Eric revealed that the four-year hiatus the group had in late 2000′s was their hardest moment together, adding, “We could have broken up during that time.”

Shinhwa, who debuted in 1998, has been active for 17 years without a single member change. They will also be releasing their 12th official album, “We,” on February 26, with the title single “Sniper.”


On the episode of “Healing Camp” set to air on February 23, the group will also show off their expert variety skills, as the episode will have a romantic “Real Romance – Love Letter” theme. Eric is also said to have revealed a shocking part of his past, when he weighted over 95kg.
