On the stage of ‘SISTAR’:
Hyorin gets serious. Her concentration becomes the best when she sings.

Dasom gets mature. Don’t look down on her because of that she’s the youngest member. She becomes a professional on stage.

Soyou becomes alluring. Her facial expression becomes unique. She gives different mood only by closing her eyes slightly.

The ‘SISTAR’ we know are like this. However, they become totally different in daily life. Whatever you imagine, it’s more than that.

It’s SISTAR’s first reality, right? You will know well that SISTAR upon stage are just for broadcasting, if you have seen MBC every1 ‘SISTAR’s SHOWTIME’.

However, reality show is also a broadcast. Aren’t the characters inside the ‘SHOWTIME’ set perfectly? So we visited them since STARCAST cannot bear with things that we’re curious of.

This is the behind story of the last broadcast of ‘SHOWTIME’. There were now reversals. ‘Kim Hyo Ding’ Hyorin was reckless even when the camera was off. She matched perfectly with her character upon stage even out from the TV.

This is at a beauty shop laced in Cheongdam-dong on 5th, morning. SISTAR was busy preparing for the recording of ‘SHOWTIME’s last episode. To resume our story, we will compare and analyze SISTAR in reality show and in daily life.



Character investigation ① 'Kim Hyo Ding' Hyorin

This is a nickname that was given to her since her attitudes were like an elementary school kid’s. It’s the abbreviation for Hyorin+Choding (elementary school kid). She’s never serious. The sport equipments at the gym are toys for her. Her daily hobby is lying on the floor which is Hyorin’s own specialty when she grizzles to other members.

Hyorin that we met at the beauty show was just a Hyo Ding. She was unique even from her appearance. We could hear her husky voice even from far away. Hyorin came shaking her both arms. She gave a vivid greeting, saying, “Hello”. She wasn’t normal.

Character investigation ② 'Selfie-girl' Dasom

She’s an expert in taking selfies. The mobile phone is the No.1 treasure that can’t be missed out from Dasom. She never lets go of her phone from her hands. She took pictures on the sofa, while eating meal, sitting, and even when she was standing.

Dasom that we met at the filming site showed off her selfie-instinct as expected. She posed various postures such as the beauty-pose and heart-pose. She took selfies with the staff at the beauty shop and even with Bora. She got immersed into taking selfies alone being indifferent to what elder members did. Her hand was one with the mobile phone.

Character investigation ③ 'The queen of workout' Soyou

Soyou is 'The queen of workout'. Workout is the best friend of hers. She would’ve succeeded if she would’ve been a personal trainer. She’s good with doing dead lifts and unique with flexibility. She does flying yoga easily too.

She always pays attention on managing her body in daily life too. She never sits still. She massages her legs even at the sofa. The secret of her having beautiful legs is found out by ‘STARCAST’. It’s ‘Stepping on Shoes’ play. She played mischievously with Hyorin doing stretching~.

Character investigation ④ 'The queen of cuteness' Bora

Can you believe that one of the elder members, Bora is a cutie? She showed off her cuteness with high-pitched tone that she had hidden. The point is at raising the end syllable until the ultrasound field while speaking with high-pitched tone.

Her class is eternal. She behaved cutely even to SISTAR’s members. Today’s prizewinner is Hyorin. Both people made a phone call where they were only 50m away from each other. Bora chattered continuously in a cute way of speaking which high-pitched tone and ultrasound were mixed.

This time, SISTAR members started to move. Soyou shouted out showing off the cute way of speaking that she learnt from Bora, “Fans, follow~ follow~ follow me!!”

Finally, the recording of the last episode of ‘SISTAR’s SHOWTIME’ started. Bora, ‘the member in charge of healthy beauty’, and Soyou took their place first.



These are the mischievous members, right? Hyorin and Dasom sat together. It’s time to say goodbye to the mobile phone now. Time. To. Say. Goodbye~

The helper of recording ‘SHOWTIME’ was the youngest member, Dasom.  ♪I notice the start gathering the cute charms of me that were hidden.

With the cut sign from Dasom, all the shooting ended. They got the OK sign at once today too. What was the content of the shooting about this day?

If we slightly reveal about it… Do you remember the first episode of the ‘SHOWTIME’? SISTAR showed themselves eating Korean beef at Hoengseong, Gangwon-do Province first ever in history.

In the last episode, they say they will leave on a workshop as expected. However, the venue is a secret. We convey the word from the PD who said, “Watch the live broadcast, if you’re curious!”

I love that Hyorin's lip colour matches her sweater. And I love Soyu's shoes too. I guess I just like hot pink? :| Also, Bora BLAAAACK.
