and GOT lost their knight status by betraying Jisoo because that was the only way for them to become human, because as soon as Jisoo or InHyung shed a tear of happiness, they would disappear forever.
This episode was rife with references to the original story of The Little Mermaid, especially the whole "either she dies or you die" bit.
But seeing as how BamBam and Yugyeom are acting so cavalier about being human, I don't think they know that Jisoo committed suicide--only Jinyoung because he was there. I think they only believe that since they backstabbed her, she went away forever.
Aaah I was under the impression that GOT were Jisoo's knights when she was younger (hence, when Inhyung's mom was younger) coz the woman who played Jisoo and the woman who played Inhyung's mom are clearly 2 different people (at least to me).
And if Jisoo is Inhyung's mom, she would have to survive the suicide attempt, grow up, have a daughter, and eventually die in a car accident which, I guess wouldn't make sense for GOT to be alive since I'm sure she would have found happiness along the way?

so my thought is that in the end those four will of course help her live and for those who don't know the little mermaid story that well...to me it makes the most sense if the knights are like the little mermaid. At the end of that story the little mermaid decides she can't harm the one she loves and throws herself into the ocean where she becomes sea foam. BUT instead of ceasing to exist she becomes an air spirit because of how sincerely she loved that person. ...I'm hoping the knight save her and instead of disappearing become real...with powers XD. But I have many hopes like hoping a show with a jyp moonface won't have a sad ending, you promised me happiness teletubby moon!!!!
I'm all caught up! I watched all 6 episodes this weekend, and just finished episode 7 and 8.
OhMyGod! Seriously what are GOT7 doing to me? It started out and I'm just thinking I must really really love these boys to be watching this..... super cheesy but I was loving it every minute (minus slightly, just ever so slightly, being embarrassed for parts). (I think it helps I'm currently watching Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo too, so obviously I'm not unaccustomed to over-the-top craziness and general wth weirdness.) But the show is turning darker and I'm so invested! And why did they make my Jr. a bad guy? Sigh. I do think he regrets the choice he made, at least it looks that way (and I hope so).
I want a happy ending!
Also I didn't think I wanted the dolls created for this show, but JYP.....tempting me!! I'm in serious need of my own Dream Knights. Just saying....
Jr's such a good actor, wow.
