it's a shame people of color always throw in random white people to look classy/fancy. in bollywood they always have a shit ton of white extras in every song and like really? india has like a billion people and you choose to use random basic whites who can't dance?

i was so confused at first but since it's in every film it's an annoying given. thankfully i haven't really seen that shit in arab/middle eastern films but i mainly have seen the older ones and the newer ones i watch are hardcore not about that shit. im thankful kdramas for the most part don't really have white ppl randomly like bollywood does

nah i don't think that's the case. it's just whiteness is so highly esteemed and valued if you wanna look classy/next level you cast a white model bcuz you can and it's also a status symbol.

when beast were shooting some mv in america they set out a casting call exclusively for white women. and big bang only had white girls in blue, bad boy & a couple other videos. the only time they cast women of color is when they are korean/japanese or it's a rap video and they wanna look "hood" and up their "street cred"

it doesn't matter how pretty the girl is or if she's an identifiable Korean model as long as they aren't seeing hanging out off set no one cares.
