i tried that one about the single mom and lord i regret it. i watched maybe the first 3 episodes and i hated everyone but the female lead. it was infuriating

I finished it, and the ending sucked too lol So not worth it. The entire drama was infuriating and depressing. I only finished it for NMW and I hated his character so even enjoying the eye candy was difficult lol

It was weird.
NMW's character wound up marrying the intern who was always all up in everyone's business.
PSY had the baby and let her career kind of fall (which I shook my head at the writer for doing that) her mother came around (after some really torturous scenes of her mother telling her to kill herself.)
PSY gets a public verbal lashing for lying about her kids paternity and custody is given to NMW's family (after the crazy intern, now wife, kidnaps the kid btw).
Then NMW has a change of heart when the kid gets sick and decides to give him back to PSY, the male anchor, her sunbae (idr if he was in the first cpl eps) wins some political office on the platform of single mothers and ending domestic violence (though he's a total DB misogynist) and they all walk off into the sunset (the four of them mom, dad, kid and DB, bc she almost marries the DB anchor - who became a surrogate dad to her love child bc he needed her to keep his new anchor position) after PSY gets her job back, but this time as an editorial anchor.
I kid you not. And there was more I left out, the terrible rich parents cliche, catty bestfiends, just...ugh.

Nope, not weird at all. That would be a very interesting collab. Though I think NMW is a bit more theatrical.
