Girl group AOA‘s Seolhyun has received a casting offer to star in KBS’ upcoming Friday drama, “Orange Marmalade.”
Although some reports suggest that her appearance has been confirmed, her representative from FNC Entertainment denied such claims, explaining, “She has received a casting offer, and is currently looking over it.”
It was revealed yesterday that Yeo Jin Goo and CNBLUE’s Jonghyun are also in talks to join the drama. Fans are waiting for confirmations from the actors, but as of now, it looks like Yeo Jin Goo and Seolhyun will play the lead couple of the drama.
Meanwhile, Seolhyun kicked off her acting career in 2012 by appearing on “My Daughter Seoyoung.” More recently, she starred in the film “Gangnam Blues” alongside Lee Min Ho and Kim Rae Won.

Not because it's Seolhyun, but because I dislike FNC's tendency for inbreeding, i.e. casting their acts in the same dramas. IMO that limits their growth and interactions with other people in the industry. oh well, maybe I'm reading too much into it.
