i really like the fact that they aren't afraid to speak in mandarin, english, etc. during overseas interviews because that's how people improve. i also feel like most of the members of got7 catch onto other languages fairly quickly (and it helps that they have members that speak other languages) and they seem to genuinely want to learn/like speaking in different languages and that's nice.
