In turn for jail time, Daniel made a deal with Korea's courts to live in the states while on probation with one of his sisters, I can't remember which one. And i'm pretty sure he can't even go back to Korea, either...;_; Sadly, no, he's not in the group anymore :,( We never got an official statement on anything from their former(?) company (like we don't even know if DMTN is still signed under 2Works anyway...) so we've just relied on Pann and Daum articles, translators, and our own conclusions.
