Asia's obsession with thin lips is so bizarre to me. My lips are about the size of Krystal's and I think it looks disgusting LOL so it's weird to me for someone with lips like mine to be advertising a lip product.

ok but for real though, my lips are pretty big and i've always been made to feel horrible about them. when i was a kid my aunt told me that my mom was saving up for a nose + lip job for me (which never happened bc we were poor anyway). i got so excited about the prospect of having thinner lips and a sharper nose

i always felt insecure about my looks until i moved away from the philippines. beauty culture is so, so toxic and i feel terrible for kids who have to endure it bc that shit fucks u up

I dont pay attention to cosmetics ads enough to know how to advertise lip products... but even though Krystal is gorgeous (one of the prettiest in kpop imo) she works better with Sulli in these EH ads.
