According to reports, g.o.d’s Joon Park recently signed an exclusive contract with iHQ’s management company SidusHQ, returning to the agency after 13 long years.

As part of g.o.d, the group initially made their debut under JYP Entertainment in 1999 before leaving and joining SidusHQ in 2002. Last year, g.o.d made a comeback as a group after a nine year hiatus under SidusHQ, successfully promoting their 8th album Chapter 8, celebrating the group’s 15th year anniversary with a concert as well.

Following their comeback, Joon Park revealed his excellent sense as an entertainer with appearances on SBS’ Roommate – Season 2, tvN’s First Day of Work, and others. And so, Joon Park has decided to reunite with his old agency after 13 years to manage his solo activities.

SidusHQ was quoted saying, “After reuniting as g.o.d to commemorate their 15th anniversary last year, the oldest hyung Joon Park has returned to the parent company and SidusHQ family after 13 years to work together. We will not spare any efforts and give our active support in his activities, as he was part of the original foundation of the agency. We ask for your support and love.”

Meanwhile, Joon Park is set to make an appearance in the upcoming airing of MBC’s Animals. In addition, he is continuing to be active in the popular reality variety show, Roommate – Season 2.

For the first time in 13 years, legendary male group g.o.d will be appearing on an upcoming music award show as five.

g.o.d’s last music show award appearance was on December 31st, 2002, at the MBC Music Festival. The group will finally break this 13-year hiatus with an upcoming appearance at the Gaon Chart K-POP Awards, joining their juniors Super Junior, EXO, WINNER, Block B, BTS, KARA, 2NE1, Girl’s Day, SISTAR, Apink, AOA, EXID, MAMAMOO, Im Chang Jung, Epik High, Soyou x JunggiGo, San E, and Park Boram.

The Gaon Chart K-POP Awards will be held on January 28th at 6:50AM KST at the Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Stadium, one of the largest indoor arenas in the country, and will feature some of the hottest artists, who will be performing and accepting their own awards. The music show will be aired live on KBS drama, Joy, and W.

Fans of senior boy group g.o.d and junior boy group BTOB‘s controversy regarding the official sky blue color prolongs with the recent shipping box incident.

Recently, a photo showing numerous delivery boxes piled in front of Cube Entertainment (BTOB’s agency) has spread virally through various online outlets. Reportedly, g.o.d fans sent the boxes to remonstrate their disagreement to BTOB’s selection of sky blue as their official color.

BTOB fans rebuked that this is a sign of “delivery terror” as the boxes contained a note of protest and stuffed with items that look like toilet paper rolls. The toilet paper rolls were written with sky blue pens with phrases, “Sky blue is g.o.d and fangod’s pride that has lasted for 16 years now. Please give feedback” and more.

Idol groups and celebrities usually have their official color representing their fan club. As g.o.d’s fan club, fangod, has been using the sky blue since their debut 16 years ago, it has offended them when BTOB selected the same sky blue for their official color.

g.o.d’s fans claim that, “Sky Blue is g.o.d’s symbol” and “Following the official color is intruding the fan club’s identity.”. BTOB’s fans are arguments include, “There are now owners to colors,” and “BTOB’s official color is ‘slow blue,’ which is a unique color.”

Color is just as you SEE with ur eyes.. a color..

a Symbol is something you put a meaning to and think and just know and feel in your heart~

Whats more important is what you feel not what u see~ cuz color is just a color~

Because there are those in this world who cannot see or distinguish color but Just know in their hearts what the symbol is~ I think u know what Im sayin by now... color is not important rather the symbolic meaning~ Cuz its always so easy to close ur eyes and forget what you see but not so easy to close ur heart and forget what u felt~

What everyone should know is our cute HooBaes grew up with alot of influence thru seeing and watching the sunbaes and also from the sunbae's followers& fans~ Thats what made them strive harder to get to where they are now and I am very proud of all the hoobaes for that and also very flattered that we could have been a such a positive influence!

So I think EVERYONE should sometimes just take one step back and just try and think big and more positive~ And realize what TRULY is important~! God Bless!!! BBAAAMMMM!!!"

Anyway, I love Danny Ahn, but sometimes his post can turn into controversy, like that twitter post he tweeted before.

the thing is i do understand that official color can be very important and i see where g.o.d fans and denny were coming from, but their way of going on about it (sending tp to the company and just in general being spoiled brats) and denny encouraging it indirectly were just super immature - especially considering how they basically took jo sung mo's official color back a decade ago.

there are A LOT of idol groups and a LOT of idol groups with similar official color and they've settled on differentiating shades of same color and to have g.o.d go after a group like that claiming ALL shades of blue are theirs... it was just, yikes. and it's not like btob JUST did this, they had that blue colored good for couple years now.

anyway, his clarification's nice but it still reeks of "welp i said something and people aren't liking it never mind what i said" and artists should be more careful picking sides in a fandom war.

- I kinda see this happening. Because before I saw Danny's clarifications, I thought him deleting his post was either because Joon Hyung probably berated him for it or he didn't think twice before clicking that upload button.

That's actually the controversy I was talking about. Seriously, I face-palmed hard when I saw that news before. :)) Right now, although I still love them, Danny and Tae Woo kinda lowered from my list of favorite idols...

Anyway, Joon Hyung has always been sensible. :D I really respect him as a leader and as a person. He's always taken care of the members (and others) like his own little brothers (siblings). I love him. :D

Joon Hyun acts like a joker a lot but he actually says really thoughtful things, I'm proud to be a fan of his. I can't deal with fandom freakouts over colours I have JYJ fans trying to get me to sign petitions to keep the sea of red and honestly at one point I would care, but honestly I have bigger issues now I'm in my twenties, like rent.

I honestly don't think he has a malicious bone in his body, the way he goes out of his way to make Ryohei feel included in things, but understanding he's a reserved/shy person too. When they were talking about the Korean language and how he still doesn't know a lot of things and that Ryohei should be more confident in his Korean because he's better than he thinks.
