Taemin said in some interview, "Our fans carry cannon cameras around ^^;" It's even registered in Naver's open dictionary, 'cannon goddess: someone who isn't a journalist who carries around a cannon sized camera, mostly used to describe a woman, SHINee fan'

I love fansite stuff so much, I'm in awe of what they do, there's this Yugyeom fansite I used to love but then she went off on the crazy end and I've sworn myself off her photos.

shawols are insane with their skill, that and sones. it was my favorite part when i was in shinee fandom, their pics are sooooo good.

Fansite photos are so pretty and high quality, sometimes even better than the official ones.
I wonder if SM or other entertainment companies ever thought of hiring the fansite masters and having them work under them. Like seriously, this isn't just about equipment. It also takes talent and dayuuum, i can see the talent very clearly.

When I was getting into the Winner fandom, I was really unimpressed with some of the fantaken photos- like even from the more famous fansites (Mino fansite neverthinks, for example). They manage to capture great moments but the quality of their photos is really low for some reason (not sure if their cameras just aren't as good as most Shinee fansite cameras or what). I couldn't really put my finger on it but I just didn't think it was good (although, I have found that some Taehyun fansites are pretty good).

I didn't realize until later that it was because I'm so used to Shinee fansites' impeccable work that I find other fandom fansites' work less impressive. The difference is astounding tbh. Though, I guess it helps that most Shinee fansites have been around for so long lol.
