Maybe in SK they call the short videos at the end of movies "cookies". Like we call hidden stuff on DVDs "Easter eggs"? So like, Guardians of the Galaxy the "cookie" would be Groot dancing, XMEN Orgins:Wolverine - Dead Pool opening his eyes, etc... I can't think of anything else he could mean.
