EXO’s former members Kris (Wu Yi Fan) and Luhan have failed to reach an agreement with SM Entertainment in the midst of their ongoing legal battle against the agency to terminate their individual exclusive contracts.
On January 16, the attorney representing Kris and Luhan met with SME’s representative attorney at the Seoul Central District office for Kris’ third and Luhan’s second round of court-referred mediation.
While the opposing sides’ representatives attempted to discuss and negotiate, they were ultimately unsuccessful in coming to an agreement.
Meanwhile, Kris first filed his lawsuit against SME on May 15, and he was followed by Luhan, who filed his lawsuit on November 10 for the same purpose of nullifying their contracts.
