I like it a lot but it's a bit generic for them? Like One Way and At an Instant (is that the english trans for that song???) are very distinct sounding and I wouldn't be surprised if another group had come out with this song.

I could do without Prince Mak's halloween witch shriek though lol. Yawn at the BAP fans already talking about "the roof is on fire" for so many reasons....

I agree BingX3 and At First (that's how it is normally translated I think) were both my jams right at the start because of the sound, this one I think I will probably grow to like later but at the start it doesn't compare as well for me

As a jam to listen to while cleaning, this is miles better than At First, and a bit better than BingBingBing. It's got a good beat and might be generally better received?

I'm really thankful for this OTT styling. It's working for pretty much all of them. Eddy's arms should be on permanent display, and I'm thankful E.co gets adorable hats. I could definitely do without Mak's weird anime hairstyle. I hope he doesn't have it in their live stages tbh, it's so distracting.

But I'm a bit worried about other fandoms coming after them now? idk, some of those dance moves really reminded me of other bands.

IK this is only their 3rd release, but it feels like a case of "can't beat them join them." IG that's prob bc it's pretty different from their first 2 releases. BUT ig they're still looking for a concept that will fit them and bring recognition beyond "Jackie Jackie Chan Chan".

The break down w/ the falsetto and the beat, I like. But idk if it really stands out for me. I'll jam to it, I'm sure tho. I mean, I've listened 3 times in a row and it's not bad background music lol.

I feel like a lot of Mak's public personality is due to the fact that he doesn't speak Korean and doesn't understand what's going on at least part of the time (you see Eddy translating and explaining things for him a lot) which probably makes him feel sort of awkward, so he makes up for it by being extra outgoing and enthusiastic about everything. That's my theory anyway.

This is kind of feeling like History's 1st comeback to me where they went the more generic route, hopefully they will find a unique style that works for them

I'm a sucker for Eddy's voice so I didn't really mind him singing like half the songs earlier...x.x

I'm also loving that their dance-off is with ladiesss that was nice

It sounds kind of familiar (Electric Shock at the chorus?) and I'm getting 2PM Go Crazy vibes, but it's pretty catchy and the styling suits them. This definitely feels more K-Pop than their last two releases, but I think I still prefer Bingx3.

i'm still kind of new to kpop so my knowledge of how management works is at a beginner level, but i'm wondering what exactly their management is doing wrong, because i really want them to get more popular too, and haven't been able to figure out why :/

i've been w the group since debut so i'm trying to not write an essay but thats what it's gonna turn into sorry -__
basically their staff specifically seems really inexperienced with basic things, like:

-planning:
example-at first mv had been delayed and delayed for whatever reason. after finally securing a date to film, mak had a freak accident on the day of the shoot. at first had already been pushed back and they needed to film. because of his injuries they had no choice but to film without him. http://mwave.interest.me/enewsworld/en/article/63123/interview-princemak-spills-on-why-he-wasnt-in-jjccs-mv (the injury wasnt staff's fault obv but if they had filmed when they were supposed to mak wouldnt have been there to slip and break his face you feel me?)

-handling conflict:
example- jjcc has a notorious bad apple. this person bullies fans on instagram, facebook, tumblr and twitter. she has also harassed the individual members MULTIPLE times. instead of banning this person from the jump, staff tried to reason with them because they were the first official fanpage for jjcc. to this very day, actually a few hours ago, this person picks fights with anyone and everyone and staff has pleaded with them to stop. idk why staff doesn't enforce stronger measures like um not letting specific members engage and entertain them but w/e. so yeah, poor judgement on staff's part because they'd rather keep a psycho than ban them and let everyone support jjcc in peace
-editing videos/pics
example: this is a running joke but staff always releases super lq teaser or album photos onto the cafe. the header for the cafe wasn't even hd for AGES. the logos on the pictures changes in size, color and shape all the time and is generally unappealing to the eye because they just slap it on and keep it moving. subtitles for youtube videos, which ik is a blessing in itself to get from a company, are often extremely hard to read and lulzy because they had an english speaker but they left so idk whos doing the trans. editing is the least offensive and bothersome because it's not that big of a deal but it demonstrates how the staff doesnt fine tune things before they send them out.


**they were advertised as jackie chan idols and the members look up to him a lot. they talk about him seriously like he's their super cool uncle who took them under his wing. eddy especially considering he trained by jackie's side for ten years but i wish jackie was more involved with the group right now. b/c of jackie they have a substantial international fanbase, but they have very few korean fans. intl fans dont pay the bills and because staff is stupid they'd rather cater to intl fans to keep them from whining, rather than focus on building up a strong korean presence.
they even have plans to debut in japan which is insane to me because prince's korean is practically nonexistent -__-

wtffffffffffff I had no idea about that crazy fan until just now. Wow. Though tbh it's not like other companies don't put up with sasaeng behavior because they know it's bringing them money/exposure.

yeah but because jjcc isnt popular the fan just causes headaches. she's known across several other fandoms and new listeners admit to staying away from whatever group she likes because they want to avoid the drama :|

i just really want them to succeed because the members really really want this. they're all really talented even tho it doesnt show with a song like fire. mak is an exceptional dancer, eddy can rap and sing in three octaves, simba remixes, sancheong writes songs/sings well and eco is a sick rapper. i want my babies to blossom ;___;

I feel like the person who directed B1A4's OK video also directed this. The colors and the style seem the same to me, though I liked OK better. This song wasn't doing anything for me, except the part where the one member was singing falsetto. The chorus was all shouty and I didn't care for it. :/
