Lee Jin Has No Current Plans for Fin.K.L Activities

Lee Jin opened up regarding reunion plans for Fin.K.L.

On January 13, Lee Jin′s agency, King Kong Entertainment, told Newsen that "There are no plans so far" for Fin.K.L, activities.

The rep stated, "The Fin.K.L. members may talk about group activities, but the agency hasn′t planned or pushed for Fin.K.L. promotions. Lee Jin has also been busy, having recently moved. She′s looking into follow-up project as well."

Earlier on January 12, SBS′ Healing Camp drew tears as Sung Yuri and Lee Hyori spoke on the phone. The members especially talked about rumors of discord between the members, ending with Lee Hyori asking for all four members to be invited to Healing Camp, raising anticipation.

Meanwhile, Lee Jin has been resting since the conclusion of her MBC drama Shining Romance. She has been looking for her next project.

All of the members lived up to their FinKL name value but Lee Jin, to my memory, never got any comments on her articles. She's a good actor but presence isn't her forte.

I'm not familiar with Fin.K.L. (other than some songs) but it seems really unfair to say one member is to blame for everything. One thing I've learned in the work place, is that it's extremely rare to have one single person responsible for everything that goes wrong.

I think it was Hyori vs. the other 3. Even back in the day, Hyori was loud and with a strong personality. She was a party girl while the other 3 would stay home because one of them was a military kid and the other was super religious, so they're not the crowd to party. And I think when FinKL broke up, Sung Yuri and Lee Jin distanced themselves from Hyori while Ock Joohyun would keep in touch with Hyori once in a while. The other 3 hang out together once in a while. Let's just say FinKL is completely opposite to the "BFF's for life" relationship that SES has.

This is just from my years of coming across tidbits about FinKL. Maybe a FinKL fan can explain it better.

Lee Hyori just wasn't as close to Sung Yuri, Lee Jin, or Joo Hyun. Before the debut of Finkl, Lee Jin and Joo Hyun were already friends, and Lee Hyori was the last person to be added into the group. And of course there were personality differences, with Hyori being very outspoken + being the leader which probably added some problems to their relationships. They have reunited before with no problem. If anything I think Lee Jin sort of just wants to move past her idol days.

I binge-watched about 10 eps a couple of months ago (sooooo late to the party) and her awkward boring charm totally won me over LOL. WIFE MATERIAL TBH
