I really hope they do. He seems to be an okay singer and honestly even tho I love Btob his "uselessness" (for lack of better word) kinda makes me not like him as much as the other members, although I wish I did.

well the next title track (for korea cause i think they will stick to remakes in japan) will probably be made by members themselves (most likely ilsik) and that's up to them tbh
peniel had a nice part in hyunsik-composed why so maybe next time he will get his chance. tho in a groups with such a strong vocal line honestly it's hard to give out a singing part to someone as lacking as peniel. he was pretty unstable during beep promo too. i still like him a lot but lets be honest...

i was not expecting this lol hes not nearly as bad as i thought!!! asked myself why he hasnt been getting lines if hes actually pretty okay, but its tough being in btob with 4 amazing vocals and a rapper who can also sing better than you :/

your comment sums it up pretty nicely :p he's not bad but not the best and if you have eunkwang who swallowed cd in your group then... tbh hyunsik is pretty overshadowed too by chang and kwang (even sungjae who improved a lot) and peniel just doesn't stand a chance. if he gets lines like that one is beep then it's a legit miracle :p

i used to sleep on hyunshik but i feel like hes actually been getting a lot more lines? eunkwang obviously dominates, but imo the distribution between the 4 vocals has been pretty fair. sungjae has improved a lot, hes amazing! i love changsub best and used to wish for more lines for him, but i actually just want more lines for all 4 lol.

but ita, its just a tough job for peniel :( i feel like hes not good enough to take lines so then they make special lines or speaking parts just to get him in the song, it is a miracle he even gets any

hyunsik gets tons of lines in songs like second confession, youre so fly or the winters tale, while wow and thriller are more kwang-dominated. he usually sings higher parts and adlibs while hyunsik is the "safe" member to do harmonizations and lower parts. there was the time when people werent able to distinguish between sik and sungjae but imho maknae's voice got more velvety (?) and now it's easy. plus vocal line is practicing doing more ballads these days and they ate pushing the acapella concept a bit too.
i was legit surprised that recently changsub started singing ending adlibs, he used to be not stable enough to handle them as well as kwang. he still naps before their performances and doesnt warm his voice properly so he cracks on stage a lot haha
peniel would fit in some vocally challenged group like got7 :p

i dont pay much attention to line distribution other than noticing the lack of peniel, but one song that really surprised me was 끝난 건가요 bc i thought it had a lot more hyunshik than the other 3 vocals, not smth i was used to. but yes, theyre all improving a lot so its a shame they dont get promoted enough for their great vocals :(
