2PM‘s Nichkhun was spammed on Twitter with hate comments after his girlfriend, Girls’ Generation‘s Tiffany, uploaded several selcas of herself wearing a red Mickey Mouse beanie.
The selcas, posted on January 8th, gained negative attention from anti-fans because Tiffany was wearing Nichkhun’s favorite color (red) and his favorite cartoon character (Mickey Mouse).
The attention spilled onto Nichkhun as anti-fans left a splurge of hateful comments on Nichkhun’s Twitter, causing the male idol to take action and block some anti-fans from his Twitter account.
Some netizens tweeted messages regarding Taeyeon and Tiffany’s relationship (Taeny) over Nichkhun and Tiffany’s (Khunfany), such as “when jesus say taeny nobody can say khunfany” and using the hashtag #TaeyeonIsTheRealThaiPrince. Others tweeted messages like “i wish you would die soon =],” “You’re so stupid haha i laugh in your face! HAHAHA YOU GET INTO THE WRONG PLACE! Monkey face you shoul shave eyebrows :s,” and “come block me douchebag” to provoke the idol.
In response to the negative tweets, other netizens took to sending many supporting messages to Nichkhun, showing their love and support for the artist and his relationship.
Nichkhun and Tiffany’s relationship was revealed to the public in April 2013 after the couple was spotted on an alleged date, leading to their respective agencies to confirm that the couple is in a relationship and had been dating for four months prior to the reveal.
