SISTAR recently revealed their viewer ratings promise to hold a public ‘free hug’ event for the group’s upcoming reality show “Showtime."
On January 8, the press conference for “SISTAR’s Showtime” opened up at the CGV theater located in the IFC Mall, where the members of SISTAR stated, “If [the viewer ratings] surpass 2.3%, we will do a ‘free hug’ event,” when requested to share their viewer ratings promise to viewers.
Hyorin explained, “We’re at an age to have fun. We will do a ‘free hug’ where there are a lot of people.” Bora added, “If the viewer ratings reach 2.3%, we promise to do it.”

★彡SISTAR☆彡's Soyu and Bora to share their secret to health and fitness
SISTAR’s Bora and Soyu will be hitting the gym in next week, showing how they maintain their healthy bodies that they are famous for.
On the January 8 episode of MBC Everyone’s “SISTAR’s Showtime,” a scene where Soyu visits her health club will air. As is expected from the representative healthy-beauty idol, she works out using a variety of health equipment comfortably.
In particular, Soyu attracted attention for completing difficult ab and lower body exercises on her own with perfect form.
On the episode, Bora shows that she is also a work-out veteran. Even though she doesn’t normally do weights as part of her exercise routine, with Soyu’s one-on-one coaching, she is able to do challenging exercises with ease.
The two girls discuss the difficulties of maintaining their figure over salad after the high-intensity exercise, and they choose ‘becoming picky with food’ as the worst side effect of dieting. Because they had to constantly watch what they ate since their trainee days, they now don’t even want to look at chicken breast or bananas. It is a glimpse at Sistar’s tremendous efforts in maintaining their beautiful figures.

SISTAR′s Hyolyn spilled her thoughts on people who take pictures of food before eating.
On January 8, the press conference for MBC every1′s SISTAR′s Showtime toko place at the IFC Mall CGV theater in Yeouido, where Hyolyn shared why doesn′t take pictures of her food before she eats.
"There was a time when I got mad because the members were taking pictures of the food before eating, and that moment went out on broadcast and I heard there was a lot of talk about it. I think I′m the special one. For me, when food comes out, I′d rather put it into my belly than capture the memory of it. The first thought that comes to mind when food comes out is to eat it while it′s hot."
She continued, "When someone takes pictures, they have to take it at this angle, that angle, and you have to wait a long time. I like taking pictures too, but when you do, your hands aren′t free to do anything. I′d rather have my body be comfortable and enjoy things as it is."

SISTAR′s Bora shared that she doesn′t see the members often.
On January 8, the press conference for MBC every1′s SISTAR′s Showtime toko place at the IFC Mall CGV theater in Yeouido, where Bora revealed that the members all live on their own.
On this day, Hyolyn said about filming Showtime, "There was a lot of fun things that came up as we remembered the days when we lived together in the dorm. I think we′ll be able to show a fresh image, very different when we′re on stage."
Bora added, "I think we were able to do things we normally couldn′t do on Showtime. Because the members all live separately, when we′re not promoting, we don′t really get together, which was a bit bothersome, but I′m glad we′re able to come together and do fun things."
Dasom also said, "We thank the writers. I think the fact that we were able to really innocently go on a trip on our own without a script was really enjoyable."

SISTAR′s Hyolyn shared that she feels a bit burdened about revealing her home on television.
On January 8, the press conference for MBC every1′s SISTAR′s Showtime took place at the IFC Mall CGV theater in Yeouido, where Hyolyn said she hesitated when revealing her home.
When she was asked about feeling burdened about filming a reality show, Hyolyn replied, "I am a bit burdened. I′m revealing my house for the first time, and I do have a bit of a burden regarding things like having the houses of the members getting compared."
"I organized my house really well, so I′m also worried that people will start thinking, ′Hyolyn must earn a lot of money to be living that well.′ To be honest, I′m revealing (my home) now because I wanted to show the different ways I live with my cat, but I′m burdened that there will be misunderstandings."
