Ahhh TS are dragging this out. So irritating. It would be easier if they went to court - and if they're so honest, like they say they are going to court should be what they want. Unless they have something to hide - which Im pretty sure they do. I just want a fast resolution so they can carry on with their lifes.

i think ts is hoping that if they put it off long enough that the public will forget about it? but the public is seemingly already against them anyways, and there's thousands of fans who won't forget about this, so to me, them dragging this out only makes them look worse and kind of even more guilty. but I'm glad that BAP and their lawyers are being professional about this and aren't backing down. febrauary or march tho... that's a lot of waiting :(

not sure if anyone would know about how the law works in korea but are defendants in a lawsuit given a specific amount of time to give their statement? and does something happen if they don't defend themselves?
