SJ's Leeteuk, Eunhyuk, Shindong to be MCs for a new MBC show

Super Junior Leeteuk, Eunhyuk, Shindong will be MCs for a new show of MBC Every1 called "The king of ring". "The king of piano" Leeteuk, "The king of quickstep" Eunhyuk and "The king of eating" Shindong will find the king of the other fields in the showbiz.

In the show "The king of ring", 3 MCs will recommend celebrities whom they believe that having special skills in certain things and those celebrities will have the chance to challenge themselves to become "The king". If they can go through the final mission, they will get a ring of the king, otherwise, they will get a punishment with the MC that had recommended them.

Shindong recommended gagwoman Kim Shinyoung as "The king of shoulder throw". Shindong & Kim Shinyoung who put on a judo uniform had performed a parody of Lee Hyori's "U-go-girl" called "Judo-girl". After that, she got the mission to throw a 20kg rice bag over the shoulder. Receiving "pork hock" cheer from Shindong, she had made a throw shoulder competition with 2AM.

Leeteuk recommend that actor Uhm Taewoong from MBC drama "Queen Seondeok" is "The king of hit/shoot", Uhm Taewoong can throw tissue to the recycle bin accurately as well as kick the ball to the target. He also had a wonderful performance in the survival game of hitting the target without wearing shoes.

Eunhyuk chose Sungmin as "The king of nunchuck". Sungmin had used his nunchuck to perform the way of knocking down a target accurately by hitting a balloon which was glued on the wall as well as show his skill of using a stick as a weapon. Besides, Heechul who is "The king of made-up diary", Hankyung "The king of opening the bottle" and Yesung "The king of selca" will made surprising appearance.

The 1st episode will be aired at 1.30PM on September 16th.

Not that I'm complaining though. They are so funny in shows. :D I just hope they get enough rest too.

I get that shindong is "the fat one" but, idk. it's getting kind of boring now, they can change their image. Yesung's no longer the one who falls to the back, and Kyu is no longer just seen as the maknae anymore. Shindong needs to be revamped. or at least get some new material for him!

IA. Shindong and all the other members have said countless times that he isn't the biggest eater in the group. That title belongs to Eunhyuk but yet because he a little on the chubby side they automatically think he eats the most and he is a food expert. He even says that all he ever gets from fans is food while everyone else gets really cool stuff. He doesn't think about food all the time but they assume he does. Close-mindedness prevents so many people especially those in the business from actually paying attention to what he says.

Also I hate it when the constantly mention his weight and refer to him as the "fat guy" all the time it really pisses me off sometimes. They can't see past his outward appearance. I would rather they see him as awesome, handsome, funny, loveable Shindong rather than the "fat guy from SJ."

I mean it'd be a bit naive of us to expect people to just never mention Shindong's weight, but it's just tiring when they do it ALL THE TIME!!
I know what you mean about it preventing people from paying attention to HIM -
Though I made my bf watch an episode of EHB and he kept saying "I like Shindong, I think he's funny!"
He even remembered his name a week after the episode. O_o

Shindong has a personality that makes you forget about his weight. He makes people laugh and genuinely happy. It's just that we live a society, especially in Korea, that obsesses over thinness and unobtainable perfection that constantly tries to remind him and everyone else of how much bigger he is than everyone else. It's sad but this is the world he live in.

I think it's unrealistic to not expect people to see his size first, but people who knows him better all liked him for himself and if being on shows like these showcase him to people who doesn't know him yet, then why not. I know we all feel indignant for him when the weight issues come on, but at least he now can share it with Kangin :)

EunMin kinda always back each other up. It's great that Eunhyuk is getting more attention and roping Sungmin in as well. Minnie doesn't get enough attention coz he's so shy sometimes, like Ryeowokkie.
