The beginning is my favorite and it's /so/ nice to see instruments being used in the video. Just overall great and feels like a real jpop/rock song rather than kpop in Japanese. I'm trying to remember where I've seen a scene like the one with the microphones hanging from the ceiling, though.
I actually do think that Infinite's Japanese songs (meaning songs that aren't Japanese translations of their Korean stuff) don't sound like they're from a k-pop group. Infinite F's songs are very Johnny's Entertainment circa 2004 while Dilemma just doesn't sound like your standard kpop fare, probably due to the dominance of actual instruments over synthesizers. This stuff won't fly in Korea because they're into ballads, dance-pop, "hiphop" and acoustic stuff now, but they do sound like they have a chance in Japan.
Me and a friend had a conversation on Twitter about how Hoya's rap kinda ruined it (and how his rapping lately kinda blows but ymmv I suppose) and some Twitter-spirits acted like I killed their puppy or something, holy moley. @_@
The choreography seemed like a rehash of several past dances, and the video wasn't doing it for me either. Looks like someone got happy with the breaking glass effect.

I made the comment last night that the video felt like a less-polished Be Mine, right down to the lack of colour and breaking glass thing. And IA about the choreo, it's been an issue for a few songs now.

I liked Last Romeo and Back but I absolutely LOVE Dilemma O_O It's still quite Infinite but sounds different at the same time because it's more gritty and aggressive than your standard kpop fare. Woollim should continue collaborating with Tomoyasu Hotei as long as they can afford it, tbh.
lmao I spent the entire mv cursing my bad eye sight for not being able to recognise which member was standing atop Sungyeol's coffin and, yeah, that's Sungyeol, of course.
The rap sounds a little worse everytime I listen to it but whatever, I do love the rest of the song to pieces. Sunggyu sounds amazing. The MV is nothing new but they look gorgeous (Sungjong <3).
i'm in love. i hope they move forward with this kind of sound for their next korean comeback even if it has to be tweaked a little for that market. they'd so do well with it (and someone please get them a new choreographer, it's time).
