Park Jin Young to Appear on “Roommate” to Support Jackson
Park Jin Young of JYP Entertainment will be appearing on a future episode of SBS‘ celebrity home-sharing variety show “Roommate.”
According to a broadcast insider, Park Jin Young visited the “Roommate” house in early December and had an opportunity to interact with the members of the house. He decided to visit the house to support his artist, Jackson, who is also a member of JYP’s boy group GOT7.
Jackson is currently promoting GOT7′s latest single “Stop Stop It.” Park Jin Young is appearing on the fourth season of SBS’ audition show “K-Pop Star” as a judge, along with YG‘s Yang Hyun Suk and Antenna Music‘s Yoo Hee Yeol.
With the comeback of “K-Pop Star,” “Roommate” recently moved time slots from Sunday to Tuesday evenings.
GOT7’s Jackson Forced to Choose Between ‘Goo Hara vs. Suzy’ and ‘SM vs. YG’

GOT7’s Jackson was recently put into a sticky situation in which he was forced to make a difficult choice between two options.
During the December 10 broadcast of KBS’ “Vitamin,” the guests were put to a stress test. They were asked to put stress patches on the palms of their hands and were then tested on making difficult decisions.
When it came to Jackson’s turn, he was asked, “The person you want to film a virtual marriage program with…?” and was given the options of two girl group members: KARA’s Goo Hara and miss A’s Suzy. At first, Jackson fell into deep contemplation and said, “I really don’t know.” However, after reaching the verge of tears, he ultimately shouted out “Suzy!” as his final answer.
The next question was also not an easy one: “If you received a scouting (casting) offer to switch companies…?” with the options SM Entertainment and YG Entertainment. As an artist currently under JYP Entertainment, Jackson struggled to answer, instead saying, “This is a really strong [question].” However, after much thought, he ended up choosing YG Entertainment.
Following the completion of the stress test, Jackson expressed, “[The questions] were all stressful,” causing laughter among the other guests
GOT7’s Jackson, B1A4’s Baro, and More to Appear on Upcoming “Radio Star”

It has been reported that a number of athletes-turned-celebrities will be appearing as guests on an upcoming broadcast of MBC’s variety talk show “Radio Star.”
During a recent recording of “Radio Star,” former athletes who changed their dreams to join the entertainment industry—including GOT7’s Jackson, B1A4’s Baro, S.E.S.’s Bada, as well as actor Yoon Hyun Min—gathered together to talk about their switch into becoming a singer or actor.
Jackson, a former national fencing representative for Hong Kong, Baro, a former soccer athlete, Bada, a former track-and-field athlete, and Yoon Hyun Min, a former professional baseball player, all share a common factor in the shift of their career path.
It is said that these guests created much laughter on set, as Jackson showed off his fencing skills, Baro displayed his soccer tricks, Bada showed her long-jump techniques, and more.
The ‘My Thighs Are Rock Hard’ special of “Radio Star” featuring these stars will air on December 17 at 11:15 p.m. (KST).
GOT7’s Jackson Reveals Future Plans to Move to Jeju Island?

A recent broadcast of SBS’ variety show “Star King” showed GOT7 member Jackson making a statement that he will be moving to Jeju Island in the future. The reason turned out to be due to a certain food.
During the December 13 episode of “Star King,” the ‘King of Jeju Yellowtail,’ Kim Jung Ho, made an appearance and brought about 18 kilograms of yellowtail fish to the studio.
On this day, Kim Jung Ho displayed his impressive knife skills to clean up the yellowtail fish he personally carried over from Jeju Island. As usual for the program, Kim Jung Ho showed off his expert-like ability to cut up the different parts of yellowtail.
As one of the guest panelists, Jackson was able to try out some of the yellowtail and expressed his admiration for the delicious taste. He even put his dance moves and front flips on display, almost injuring himself, in order to have another bite of the yellowtail. The GOT7 member must have fallen for the taste of the fish, as he exclaimed, “I am going to live on Jeju Island in the future. After my contract ends, I will go,” creating laughter throughout the studio.
