plot:
Jang Geu-Rae (later played by Siwan) played the board game go since he was a child. Playing the game was everything to him, but he failed to become a professional go player. Now he is thrown out into the real world. By an acquaintance’s recommendation, Jang Geu-Rae is able to begin to work at Wonin International as an intern.
On his first day, Jang Geu-Rae meets his boss Oh Sang-Sik (Lee Sung-Min). Jang Geu-Rae struggles to adapt working at a company.

Episode 15 was A+. I'm glad Baek-ki is now seeing that Geu-rae didn't have an easy life, even though he's jealous he was never completely on-board with hating on Geu-rae to begin with. He knows him well enough at this point that he has to acknowledge he's got a lot going on for him. I can't see him ever fully turning into that bitter intern (who actually said Suk-Yool was more skilled? lmao)

I'd so dearly love to smack Mr. Ma and Mr. Sung. It's nice to see the Resource Team bonding and Young-yi's boss standing up for her.

Suk-yool's hair... really transformed his face. Though I kinda miss the middle part and the fringe.

I'm deeply attached to this drama. The acting, the direction, pd, editing... its portrayal of conviction with subtlety .. It's a masterpiece. When I'm watching it I don't see actors but real characters dealing with their own set of problems.

Chief Oh is amazing. I want to belong to a tight group like Sales Team 3!

I only watched episode 15 and five mins of 16, but ep 15 made me cry....it was a personal cry. I was probably in a sensitive mood, but Seokyool really upset me. I mean it was like walking on spikes each time he was on the screen....we all stck with the job we hate for whatever reason. Seeing Yeongyi so flustered she couldn't concentrate because of home issues, got to me. I'm a person who conceals, so the question 'what's wrong?' always gets the answer, 'nothing'...I'm very curious about Yeongyi's past. Baekgi's frustration of feeling like he gets nowhere no matter how hard he tries, this time I could understand his anger since he opened up about it in the last ep. And as always, Geurae's effort and his seeming failure always makes me emotional.

I understood all too well how everyone was feeling. All four. I don't know how to word it without sounding cheesy, but ep 15 made me feel a true connection with each character. It's not always easy to do that in a show, book, play, or movie, there is usually your own personal antagonist. Misaeng is brilliant.

Also Seokyool and the hair....major bae feels. Also was Haneul hotter to anyone else this week cause....he was putting me through it...lol.

About Ha-neul: Even though I always find him attractive, I had a similar feeling as you. I think it's his hair tbh -- I think he got it cut a bit and they're styling it a bit differently now. Not quite as flat as before but a bit more ... wavy? Almost like a slight ~quiff~? Or am I imagining that.^^

i cried a lot watching these past few episodes... ;; sigh. i think i cried too much but theres so much burden and hardship that each of them endure that i cannot not be sad..

and i like what gurae said "even if you lose a stone, the game still goes on" i think i need to remember this for the rest of my life..

this drama is perfect in a sense that every role, whether supporting or lead is important, and I truly feel for all the characters in this drama. the crew did a really good job with this drama!

My only wish is that by the end of this drama Manager Ma will get hit by a truck. A big truck with massive wheels so we can clearly see the tire tracks imprinted on his sad hateful body.

Seokyool bb looked so so sad. They done stole all of the poor boy's fire. Why are all of these managers acting like soul sucking dementors?

More drunk Baekgi please. Drunk Baekgi is friendly, no stick up his ass Baekgi.

I'm so glad I'm watching this show! I'm still in awe that it keeps getting better and better with every episode! And the fact that, for once, a loveline is not the central aspect of the storyline -- that's really nice for a chance.
I'm so emotionally invested! The only one who I'm never quite sure about is the Executive Director ...

Still loving every minute of this show.

My heart broke for Seokyool. He seems so defeated.

The show is great because it really highlights the various hardships of each individual rookie employee; no placement is perfect. And they're each so relatable. I hate how prickly and standoff-ish Baekgi can be, yet at the same time I understand and relate to his frustrated ambitions.

Young-yi... <3 What a difficult situation to be in. It was great seeing her immediate superiors rallying around her.

And of course, Geurae... I'm rooting for you.
