Big Bang’s G-Dragon Avoids Discussing Dating Rumor with Kiko Mizuhara

Big Bang’s G-Dragon opened up on his recent dating rumor with model Kiko Mizuhara.

Big Bang’s G-Dragon and Taeyang attended a roundtable interview on November 25 in a café in Mapo-gu during which the reporters brought up, “The pictures of you with Kiko Mizuhara were revealed recently.”

On October 8, one media outlet released pictures showing G-Dragon seemingly enjoying a date with Kiko Mizuhara in Itaewon, sparking dating rumors between the two. About this, an affiliate of YG Entertainment told Newsen, “We’re checking with him,” but has not released any official statement since.

Facing a question regarding his dating rumor, G-Dragon lightly smiled before saying, “I don’t have anything to tell you,” as he avoided discussing the matter. He then said, “I will send you a text (message) separately.”

G-Dragon debuted with the 2001 compilation album 2001 South Korea HipHop Flex and has been promoting as the leader of the group Big Bang. As a representative model in Japan, Kiko Mizuhara was born in 1990 and debuted as a magazine model at age 18 in 2007. She has since been actively promoting as a model and an actress.

You know, I've known Kiko since early days, she seems like an air-head, it's hard for me to believe she's just ignorant or that you could blame the staff team. She has done pretty shitty stuff in Japan too, she has insulted Japanese culture many many many times, I don't know if she's just an attention whore or what, but it's really annoying, Japanese general audience mostly don't care cause she's pretty but to spread her ignorance over another country. Big Bang is not off the hook either, sometimes I think they deserve each other but you know, dating her does nothing good for GD's image for me.

Also, I know this is just my personal opinion, but I've been watching Japanese television shows all the time for around a decade, she gets to appear a lot with idols I like and just, her choice of words and her opinions sometimes are just... she's opinionated but not in a humble or logical way, sometimes her statements don't even make sense, some are insulting even. I do consider her Japanese despite non having Japanese fathers, she's lived basically her whole life there and to go to Korea and offend their culture in any way, which is also her mother's culture, I can't even understand how she still has a career.

tbh i used to be a fan of kiko but now i can no longer ignore her stupidity and plus some of the things people who met her said on another post made me side eye her, so i can't stan for her anymore. i'm still going to appreciate her on a superficial note, because i still think she's beautiful, but her personality is a mess
