"D.O has appeared"
The Jungshimhwa Hall of Chungnam National University placed in Daejeon was hot on 15th. It was due to the ‘APAN Star Awards 2014’. Stars that heated up TVs for the last one year during October, 2013 to September, 2014 gathered at one place.
This day, D.O participated not as a singer, but an actor. He sat in a row with the senior actor, Jo In-sung who he harmonized with in ‘It’s Okay, That’s Love’ and Lee Gwang Soo.
The most outstanding thing was D.O wearing a suit in a long time. Fans’ hearts just beat. Even though we’ve seen ‘suited D.O’ at photo walls and stages, he was different this day.

D.O actively acted as Han Kang-woo in ‘It’s Okay, That’s Love’. He took the role of pretty boy who is a fiction ambitionist. He is also a character in Jang Jae-yeol (Jo In-sung)’s imagination. He is a character that reflected Jang Jae-yeol’s sad past.
Acting review about D.O at that time when it was broadcasted was quite favorable. He perfectly caught and expressed the wandering eyes and desire of chasing his dream naturally. Thanks to that he could be recognized for his acting too.
He has been receiving so many awards as group ‘D.O’ starting with being 1st in music programs and even the best popular music award. However, it is the first time for him receiving an award alone. Besides, it is more meaningful since it was an award not as a singer but as an actor.

Not only fans were happy for D.O’s award. When he was announced as the receiver of the Rookie of the Year award, Lee Gwang Soo shouted out ‘D.O’ bigly. Jo In-sung held up a cheering placard himself. Their companionship was great~.

The reason why D.O’s happiness doubled was that other EXO member participated in this awards ceremony. It was CHEN. He participated as a congratulating singer and passionately sang ‘It’s Okay, That’s Love’ OST, ‘Best Luck’. His sweet voice was amazing.
