My Name is ZN, my real name is Bae Jinye. It was really hot when I was born so I was given a name to do with water.
I was born on the 9th of June, 1994. I’m in charge of vocals and dance. When I debuted I was given ‘a girl that leaves a scent(saying that she smells nice all the time)’ as PR but I’m not like that. Haha. Instead I’ve been applying hand cream diligently to really leave a scent when I touch something.
Because I like dancing I wanted to become a singer. My sister learnt dancing too and is even better. Seeing my sister doing a wave I wanted to practice more.
Originally I was supposed to debut in a girl group with a mighty warrior concept then LABOUM happened. At first I thought it was embarrassing and difficult.
I like acoustic and R&B music. I like male ballad singers lately I’m listening to Na Yoon Kwon’s songs a lot. I sing Urban Zakapa’s ‘One Spring Day’ at karaoke a lot.
You seem to be good at managing your condition and emotions well. Also, ZN-ah. Stop eating rice cakes. The fridge is full, it’s a big problem.
What do the members think is ZN’s charm? Because she’s optimistic whenever someone is having a hard time or difficult thoughts she leads them to a positive direction. When she sings she goes from a husky voice to a bubbly one. She has really great skin. She takes care of it really well always using suncream, and buys cosmetics often. She’s a shy type of person but once you become friends she’s completely comfortable. Really long legs. Model body!

My Name is Yulhee, Yul and happy Hee. My grandmother chose it so I can make people happy. I better make people happy with music!
Born on the 27th of November, 1997, I’m LABOUM’s real maknae. I’m in charge of chubby cheeks. At home I’m the oldest but I still act like the youngest. Haha.
I like dance music and pop. I like Jessie J. At karaoke I sing Younha’s ‘Waiting’ and Yoon Mi Rae’s ‘Baby Bye Bye’ the most.
I was a kid who liked to watch music programs, and who liked to dance even more. I was dancing around with my friends everyday. “Do you want a job like this?” I was asked so I replied “Sure” and it just started like that. Even though it was hard, my mom gave me support. It’s because of my mom that I’m here.
As I was LABOUM’s last chosen member it was personally difficult. I worried about how I’ll become close to the members, and I was wandering alone. The members dragged me along the whole way. I’m so thankful to them.
Yulhee-yah, lose weight too. Do a lot of self-development. You also need to be a bit more serious. Cut down on your sleep…(Members: You know? haha)
What do the members think is Yulhee’s charm? Like a maknae she’s very cute. She puts us in a good mood and has a lot of aegyo. When we scold her it’s possible to feel bad but she recieves it all and understands. Good at computers and screens. Games too.

My Name is Solbin, Sol and waterfront Bin. My mother chose it.
I was born on the 19th of August, 1997 and am LABOUM’s maknae along with Yulhee. I’m in charge of reverse charm.
The opportunity to become a singer came about naturally. I went to auditions ever since I was young. My mom secretly supported me without my dad knowing. He opposed at first but now he looks up my name on the internet everyday. It seems like he’s proud of me so I’m happy.
I like all music except heavy rock and heavy metal. I want to be versatile and do acting like APink’s Jung Eunji sunbae, and like Lee Hyori I want to be around for a long time and have my own color. Lately I’m singing Younha’s ‘That Street’ a lot.
I write in a diary and at the end of every day I list 5 things that I’m thankful for. Not long ago I wrote about the members ‘I’m just thankful for everything [about them]’. They’re all really nice, understanding, and there’s a lot that we learn from eachother so I’m really thankful.
Solbin-ah, lose weight, and grow your vocal skills. It’d be great to have more more charisma on stage. To become a versatile entertainer you have to work hard.
What do the members think is Solbin’s charm? Soyeon and Solbin’s code matches well and they’re the most fun. Her looks are chic and quiet but her personality is the complete opposite. She’s really fun and knows how to let go of her image. Really easygoing. The first time we met she burst into jokes. She shows a lot of affection and is nice. Even though she’s the maknae she’s great to us and is considerate. Mood maker!

Yujeong
My Name is Yujeong, tender Yu and Jeong. My grandfather chose it so I could live like my name.
Born on the 14th of February, 1992 I’m the oldest and aegyosal of the group. Soyeon and I are the vocal line.
I debuted in a vocal group in 2010. Even though I wanted to be a singer since I was young, my parents were opposed and I was to study applied music at University. I ended up in a vocal group for 1 year, but we failed. After doing it once I couldn’t give up.
LABOUM is confident they will do well. Honestly I wanted to continue as a ballad group but my image was too much like an idol and I was told what I wanted to do compared to what I could do were different. If LABOUM members weren’t great I was planning on going elsewhere but LABOUM were different.
Like Baek Jiyoung, Lee Hyori and Lee Soo Young I want to be a long run person. They survived hardships and I want to learn from that. I like ballads and jazz. ‘Say You Love Me’ is the song I’m most confident singing.
Yujeong-ah, look after your condition especially your throat. Drink lots of water! Be careful not to catch a cold!
What do the members think is Yujeong’s charm? Because of her experience she teaches us all well. Her vitality is strong. She’s not shy of strangers and can adapt anywhere. She never gains weight when she eats either. She takes us for rides. When there’s tension she has lots of aegyo. The way she speaks is cute. “eung~↗” her voice is clear so she’s good at children’s songs and trot.

Haein
My Name is Haein, sea Hae and In. My mother’s best friend’s name is Haemi, she really liked the ‘Hae’ and thought it was pretty so it was used for me. After looking for another that would suit ‘Hae’, it became Haein.
I was born on the 19th of May, 1995. Because I’m dexterous I have a lot of interest in nail art, when I was a trainee I was in charge of the members nails. They just told me what style they want. I’m in charge of the aesthetic sense and talents.
My favorite genre of music changes depending on the day. I went to U-Kiss’ concert not long ago and was impressed so I’ve been listening to U-Kiss’ ballads again lately.
Lee Hyori is my role model as someone who knows her own strengths and personal color, rather than an outstanding vocal ability.
I’ve vaguely had thoughts of becoming a celebrity since elementary school. In middle school I learnt singing, acting, dancing, and participated in musicals for 3 years to build experience. I went to an acting academy but later wanted to sing so I transferred to an academy in Hongdae and began to stick to auditions.
Haein-ah. Do well with self management, personal development and your health. It seems you’re still lacking a little at taking care of basic things.
What do the members think is Haein’s charm? Because she has large eyes she’s really good at a variety of expressions. She’s easygoing and honest. Because she’s like that it takes more time to shoot and eat. When it’s time to play around she’s full of mischief but when it’s time to be serious she works harder than anyone.

My Name is Soyeon, bright So, pretty Yeon. My grandfather chose it so I would be bright and pretty. Am I really like my name?
Born on the 4th of May, 1994, I’m LABOUM’s main vocal. Born in Gwangju, Jeolla-do I attended the academy that many other artists attended.
Like Lyn and Taeyeon sunbaes I want to be active with ballads and drama OST’s. Like IU I want to have my own color. I really like IU’s acoustic music. I sing Lyn sunbae’s song ‘Miss you…Crying’ a lot at karaoke these days. I always have Park Hyo Shin’s songs on my mp3 too.
After always seeing singers on music broadcasts I had the thought that I want to be in that position too. I fell asleep thinking of having a concert or being on a show. I only learnt dance through after-school club, when I went to high school I wanted to go to a singing academy but because my parents wanted me to live an ordinary life, they opposed. Because I really wanted it, in my 3rd year of high school I kept sticking to auditions so I was eventually able to go.
Personally, I’m the type of person who falls into a slump often. Because I’m a perfectionist I worry about a lot of things, during ‘Pit-A-Pat’ promotions there were times when I lacked stamina and had an issue with my throat. There was even a time when I lost my voice. I’m the main vocal… I was so sorry to my members but they were supporting me and gave me a lot of strength.
Soyeon-ah, now that you’ve become a singer grow your vocal skills and show us an even better image! Because you have weak stamina, you’re the type to get sick often. You seem to be good at taking care of yourself.
