LUNAFLY release first Spanish single + Teo on hiatus

LUNAFLY has released their first Spanish single, Quiero Besarte (English title: Can I Kiss You). Aside from the title track, the single also features the Spanish version of their song Super Hero/얼마나 좋을까 (How Nice Would It Be) and instrumentals of both songs. (Buy it on iTunes)

Member Teo didn't take part in this release nor LUNAFLY's Seoul concert on November 8 as he went on hiatus. From Teo's Twitter:

It's so weird listening to a kpop group singing in Spanish (even if it's a... uhm, weird translation), omg. They sound so good, tho. I really love their voices.

It's worrying because "I'll meet everyone again with a better image" sounds like something people said when they've made mistakes/got into scandals... idk what to think really.

I don't know what to think :( Though tbh with how 2014 has been for kpop, it's a bit worrying.

When I first read it though, I did think more along the lines that the "personal circumstances" was maybe in reference to someone in his family is quite sick (hospital sick) and he was taking time off for that since I could see him doing that.

I've noticed that when kpop stars sing spanish they have way better pronunciation than when they try to sing english lol and the song sounds like it could do well in spanish speaking countries. reminds me of RBD.

So late because somehow I think my LJ inbox is messed up or something. First of all, I'll copy what I said about Taeho somewhere else here.

There has been a lot of talk since Teo left his post on the fancafe saying he was going on hiatus, and I think I should share my thoughts on the subject because I am staying positive about it, and my view may make Lukies less sad.

I have a firm belief that Shin Taeho will return to us as Teo one day, despite the fact that some Lukies are saying this is a permante thing, and respect his decision. I also believe that Jamie Cullum, jazz loving; sassy; sugar high; random Taeho cannot stay away from music nor his two Lunafly brothers.

Sam once said on Super Kpop that he had a time where he had no desire to persue music anymore, however, he has since learned that if something is meant to be in your life, it will come back. (And come back it did for you. \o/) Does that relate to what Taeho (I'm not going to use his stage name Teo for the time being) is going through? Maybe but Sam's advice does give me hope. Music is a part of who Taeho is, and as anyone who has seen the move August Rush has learned, music is in everything. Taeho has shown that from the sounds he made when describing things to making up random songs on the spot.

He has grown a great deal as a part of Lunafly too, and it shows. That is something that can never be taken away. Moreso, Lunafly was great place for him to release his creative and somewhat crazy sides. He was less constrained in the begining, but he learned to rain things in at approprete times. The memories will never leave Taeho or Sam, Yun, and Lukies either.

Most of all, I'm proud of Shin Taeho. It took much courage and maturity to take this hiatus, and I'm sure it came after great cafeful consideration. I was a Lukie when he left, and I'll be a Lukie when he comes back because Lunafly and Lukies are a home where Teo can always return.

Let's not forget Sam Cater, Shin Taeho, and Han Seungyun forming Lunafly was fated. Who who have thought three strangers recording a song together would lead to this? I would have to think that PD-nim never expected the results of his actions would be so tremendous and impactful. And doesn't this relate to what Sam said about what is meant to be finding it's way back? I think so. Hwaiting Lukies! This is not a end, but the beginning of something even greater.

Second of all, I've already spazzed like crazy over the new song, but holy crud is MV amazing. Are Sam/Yun shippers still alive? lol Yun is looking so goo there that Noona is/has had un-noona like thoughts about him. I still feel weird about it. Maybe I'm haiving these feels because Teo's not there, Idk. But did you seen Yun in the shots of he and Sam by the buss door? Did Yun even realise what he was doing 'cause heck man! I about died. I SO gad I couldn't see Sam's eyes. I don't need to be thrown over the edge anymore then I already am.

P.S. Did anyone else catch the two people standing outside the right bus windows at 2:06? Weird.
