He went back to Toronto to spend time with family a few months back, if I remember correctly. Or at least he tweeted something about being back in Toronto for a few days recently.

Though I don't get why he doesn't get to be home for Christmas when it's not like SM makes him appear in the usual December madness of award shows and Gayo Daejuns.
