YG Girl Group Member Kim Eun Bi Reportedly Withdraws from Group

Reports are stating that member Kim Eun Bi of YG Entertainment’s upcoming new girl group has withdrawn from the group.

According to an industry insider, the former “Superstar K2” contestant already left YG Entertainment six months ago due to health reasons. Daily Sports quoted a statement from a YG representative: “It is true. It’s regrettable that someone who has trained with us for so long ended up leaving without fulfilling her dreams. We think she decided that her health wouldn’t be able to withstand the group activities.”

Previously, following her appearance on audition program “Superstar K2,” Kim Eun Bi joined YG as a trainee in 2011 at the same time as Winner’s Kang Seung Yoon. With Kim Eun Bi’s reported withdrawal, the members confirmed for the girl group are Kim Ji Soo and Jennie Kim.

Meanwhile, previous reports have stated that YG’s new girl group is slated for debut in November.

lol just because they decide to leave doesn't necessarily mean anything shady or horrible is going on? The process of being in the entertainment industry is tough, regardless of company or origin and some people can't hack it even when they're being treated fairly. If nothing has come out that explicitly implies that, it's kind of a stretch to say "oh, she decided this wasn't for her? YG is the worst!"
