Song Seung Heon and Uhm Jung Hwa Cast as Married Couple in ‘Wonderful Nightmare’

Song Seung Heon and Uhm Jung Hwa will be acting opposite each other in the film Wonderful Nightmare.

Wonderful Nightmare is about a successful lawyer who loses her life due to heaven’s mistake and is reborn as a housewife, who tries to go back to herself as a lawyer. Apart from Uhm Jung Hwa, who has been cast as the lawyer-turned-housewife, Song Seung Heon joined to take on the role of her husband and government official.

An affiliate of Song Seung Heon’s agency told Newsen on October 15, “Song Seung Heon has been confirmed for Wonderful Nightmare. He will be acting as an average Korean man who has a daughter and a job as a government official. He will be able to show a new side and acting through this new character.”

Having presented extreme melodramatic acting in Obsessed in May, Song Seung Heon is currently filming Third Love in China with Liu Yifei. Song Seung Heon will return to Korea after wrapping up his schedule in China at the end of October to begin filming Wonderful Nightmare.

Wonderful Nightmare is set to begin filming in the middle of November.

song seung hun's acting is laughable but he's watchable in rom coms. if they have chemistry this could work??

The fact that he won Daesang for EoE is bizarre for me. Actors with top-class acting struggle to win that award but he did it by acting in popular drama. I have nothing against him but Korean dramas awards are laughable because of that..

his dramatic acting is painful to watch, even he said he didn't deserve that award lol.

all of the end of year award shows are laughable in general tho. they just award according to ratings, it's so embarassing. what's even funnier is that the networks often make up awards (like last year with jo in sung) just so everyone can have one, regardless of whether they deserve it or not.
