A PINK'S EUNJI SPOTTED CATCHING FAN WHO TRIPPED



While on her way to the airport to head to Taiwan, A Pink’s Eunji was caught doing a sweet and special deed!

On the afternoon of the 11th, popular girl group, A Pink, was at Incheon International Airport getting ready to board their flight to Taiwan for the “Taiwan Samsung Charity Concert”.

However, when Eunji witnessed a fan who was there to greet the group at the airport falling down nearby, she hurried over to help her up. Reporters were quick enough to snatch the sudden, kind-hearted moment into photos to release to the media.

As seen in the photos, Eunji tried to be as quick as possible to catch the fan from falling further down and put in all her strength to keep the fan up on her feet—despite her hair and belongings getting all jumbled up.

Many netizens who have seen the photos praised the star for her compassionate heart and undying love for her fans.

There was a twenty-some second clip of him turning his head + pulling his coffee-filled hand away from a fan who was standing like outside his car (not further away behind the barriers like every other fan there). It blew up into a shitstorm about how he's disrespectful and disregards fans and anything else you could think of.

Looking at the video, I still think he was looking at the manager on his side instead of ignoring the girl.

i heard about the LJS "scandal" but i had no idea it was a shitstorm on omona too. like...she was in his personal space, and he's flat out said many times he's scared of crowds. even if he WAS super upset then so the fuck what? its not like he spit on her, or hit her or called her something rude/gross. like the shit stars can get in SK for next to nothing. for like looking in the wrong direction! or not smiling constantly or some such other miniscule bullshit. just astounds me. like its not that its just haters on the net talking, i remember he even had to APOLOGIZE publicly for it. even tho she wasnt supposed to BE there???

there was a very detailed post about the clickbait issue in korean journalism, especially in the entertainment industry - when the airport pictures of ljs first popped up that day everything was fine and the titles of the articles were all along the line of "ljs, leaving for china" "ljs in handsome outfit" and all that typical stuff until one reporter titled her photo "ljs ignoring his fan" - within half an hour there were hundreds of photos with captions that accuse ljs of snatching his hand away from a fan. that entire day we had over 800 articles on ljs, which is impossibly high even for a big scandal. jesus fucking christ, there were more articles on ljs and the supposed scandal than there were for actual scandals like someone caught dating or even committing a crime.

and the original photo that started all? the reporter changed back her title four hours later to something innocuous, like "ljs and his fashionable outfit."

it's fucking gross that none of the reporters posted a photo of him accepting gifts from fans inside the airport and the only pictures they ended up posting is him snatching his hand (holding coffee) from a girl who wasn't even supposed to stand there - rest of the fans and the reporters were across the street.

and it's REALLY upsetting that ljs was even accused of anything close to being mean to his fans, when all of his fans know that the way he treats his fans are phenomenal. UGH this still makes me angry.

good deeds don't attract attention unfortunately :/ Its really crazy how much Korean celebrities live under a tiny microscope and literally every move they make can be misconstrued. American celebrities face that as well but everyone just ends up forgetting about it after a few weeks

The LJS incident was so fucking ridiculous -- this about a guy that legit tries to remember his fans (and succeeds) and treats them unbelievably well. Not to mention how many PDs/staff members/etc. have had nothing but good to say about him and his attitude on set and in general.
