I wonder if Kpop companies know that Italicisms like "Mamma Mia", "Boom Bada Boom" are really old and corny at this point... maybe in Asia they're still current.
Boyfriend have such good voices, I kinda wish they'd stick to their anxious-neurotic-boyfriend image because it's unique to them and suits them, but this is a good song.
I basically want them to do new versions of Love Style and Boyfriend over and over for every comeback. Like you said, that concept felt fresh and authentic for them. Plus, it's really hard for me to buy them as evil.
They're not really threatening as monsters and the "boom bada boom" part is kind of boring. But this is a good Halloween song and I'll listen to it for the next few weeks.
The song isn't doing anything for me, though the guys look hot.

I just marvel at how cute my three faves are so I can get through the song. It felt like it was missing something. Idk what their style is, not too familiar with them, but I haven't liked much of what they've done this year.

These past couple comebacks, boyfriend seem to be in the midst of an identity crisis. I thought Janus and I-yah were good and suited them well, but now they seem to be jumping on trend bandwagons and nothing seems to really fit. Water u doing, starship
I really like the MV and the concept (they look so so so good), but the song is just ok. I liked their last release better. Although I hope the performances are entertaining (the choreo had some nice parts).
