but these though.......it's admirable how they still manage to work them somehow LOL XD stylist noonas were doing so well and now this...it's like Eternity all over again, where we first thought 'wow these suits look good' and then some time later 'what the hell are these suits?! Pink?!'
this must be some kind of experiment, I'm getting more and more convinced. Stylist noonas want to desperately calculate the range within VIXX can make ugly clothes fashionable but each time they come to the conclusion they still do so they have to take it up a notch. it's all statistics, VIXX is a statistics project \o/
the hex sign memories are too strong *cries in a corner* I had heard audio recordings of the members reading their letters and N saying saranghae without the mic wrecked me ㅠㅠilu too bb
Also Toxic, yessss Toxic both of them are so hot during that perf and Hongbin works it more than you would imagine. Both cold AT night (hehe) and memories are really beautiful songs, pretty moments of the concert I'm ready for Hyukenbin MC!!!

man with them talking about how it was a strong concept no one ever did before...i mean tbf no one HAS done cyborgs before. afaik ne way. but the song even with the images of the mv is still not really that strong. same with eternity. altho,nice going with all the gratuitous nude hong bin XD altho i hope he's not the only one who gets focus in the mv. i mean vixx has six p gorgeous dudes, so if we're going the fanservice route, i demand equal opportunity nudity hahaha. i love these guys and they always give it their all so i never worry theyll have a bad song but i really want something with the power of voodoo doll or even on&on which was when they had way less money to spend on cray videos but the song and lyrics were ah ma zing. that said i'm sure the dance will still be great cause they never disappoint with the dancing. i didnt hate eternity at all and it grew on me as a song (esp after the lives) but the mv was booooriiiiing like pretty to look at but v dreary and mopey. like u guys can do so much better! i dont really want infinite with sci fi concepts which is how this and eternity feel so far (altho vixx has way better singers. omg i am gonna get shit for this i dont even dislike infinite but like..you get what i mean yes?..XD) i hope this is just a temporary foray into less grotesque and niche concepts after voodoo doll and not a permanent thing. (they are still rookies in kpop so i guess jelpi wants to play it safe for a bit. cant blame em but i want moooooore) i hope they at least reallyyy commit to the cyborg thing onstage even if the mv and lyrics turn out to be dullsville. (i'm also cackling at the rainbow suits, but ngl i could get behind them haha, they do certainly make an impression XD)
It's the time for them to leave their niche, and become better known to the wider public. Because eventually people will move on from the supernatural concepts, so I think it's a nice move (also considering the change in how music shows calculate the points). So I doubt anything like Voodoo Doll will happen again.
Although it's Vixx, so who knows what will actually happen in the MV (Blossom Tears memories are alive and well) lol
They've been talking about how they need to appeal to the public more which imo is the right move to do right now. They gained a fandom with on&on, hyde etc and now that they have a sizeable fandom, the media and public (ok some of the public) are giving them attention to see where this will lead. I think it's important to appeal to the public while they still have their attention bec lbr eventually, people will stop checking for them esp with new idol debuts.
So the challenge for them with eternity and i guess this and the next few releases is to continue with the sci-fi/horror/supernatural concepts but not too OTT that it will repel potential fans. Just enough supernatural to set them apart and stay true to their brand as a group but still have a radio-friendly jam.
I hope they execute it well. It can't be easy to find that balance.
